No point in wasting the amnesty on an expiring contract in Kleiza. Bargs has 2 years 22 million after this season, he hurts us a lot more. Just let Kleiza retire and amnesty Bargnani in the summer.

i don't think we should waste the amnesty on bargs since he only has 2 years left. teams tend to not mind taking on a player with 2 years or less left.

also i believe someone will want him in the off season, a team who will be looking for scoring off the bench and won't mind paying him for 2 more seasons, like the nets, orlando, philly.

I feel for Ross, I really do. I do not understand Casey's rotations and minutes AT ALL.

I went to subway and asked them for the most expensive sub they had. They said, "sorry, we don't serve Andrea Bargnani"

Off topic question but does anybody know a good website to buy NBA apparel from?

Something that has free shipping to Canada, the NBA store charges $12.95 shipping I think

I wanted to buy a few shirts, long sleeve or something
Sportchek.ca only has some for youth not men .. and adidas.ca has nothing
also my local Sportchek store had really low variety

thanks

most sports apparel sites don't offer free shipping. If you want selection, you're pretty much going to have to order off the NBA.com store.

Guys, I don't know why Casey is being labelled as a great coach here. All I've seen is crappy rotations and predictable offense.

Stan Van Gundy is available and it is seldom that coaches like him are available. For example, we had a choice of only Casey and Frank because both happened to be available at that time but Van Gundy was employed by Orlando.

We need to get a competent coach and I just don't think Casey is that.

It's up to Bryan to decide. He also has to give any coach better players to work with. They have the likes of Landry Fields, Alan Anderson, John Lucas, Andrea Bargnani, coming off the bench. Can't do much with that.

I bet Andrea will have to use some $100 bills to wipe his tears after the reception he will get tonight.

Your right, Van Gundy would be like Carlyle, he might be too tough for Colangelo's Babies but at least he'd get his pound of flesh out of these constant under acheivers. Van Gundy's teams never got out worked.

Getting Van Gundy would be amazing. He is an excellent coach and its surprising that he is still out there.

Michael Olowokandi was bad too and no one ever brings him up. Also remember a guy named Darko Milicic. Sure he wasn't 1st overall (Lebron was gonna go #1 no matter what) but he was taken over Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade, Chris Kaman, and that's just the top 6.

How much do you think Bargnani's performance has hurt Primo's business? They literally paid for negative publicity! Do we have a "Business of Basketball" subforum anywhere around here?

Bargs!!!

The bench goes wild for him! Good to see.

If Bargani can get some confidence back.. we're going to the playoffs, baby.

I hate Lowry so much. Ugh. Get up you bum. I want a warrior like Jose back. Talent only does so much.

Thank god Valanciunas is a rebound machine.

Great screen by Bargs, great dunk by DeRozen.

wish casey would let val get some touches in the post. sick and tired of him not getting the ball on pick and rolls also. he is our future so develop him, instead casey just runs iso's for demar or rudy and when those run out he lets lowry jack up bad shots. this team has been so one dimensional since the trade.

oh man, Rudy looks like he's in a lot of pain.

That's just awesome...

EDIT: And considering it's garbage time enough for Acy to get some minutes, why the hell aren't Ross & Telfair out there? It's not like Chuck & Chuckier are going to suddenly shoot us back into this game.

Getting ridiculously irregular minutes as the 10th-11th guy off the bench will tend to do that to you.

man the raps are a ridiculously streaky team. Win in clusters and follow up with a cluster of losses.
