I saw 5 police cars catching speeding on Decaire tonight around 8:50pm. And when I saw them, they got 2 cars already.
Guess they may be on a program for catching speeding for a week or 2. So drivers beware.

There's always increased speed traps during the Construction Holiday, due to people driving 195 km/h down the Decarie just to catch up with the traffic jam.
I love speed, but some of these people are just moronic.
didn't they hired a lot of cops only to check out speeding and driving infraction this year ? they already handed out more tickets up now then in all 2005... so I guess they'll be doing these kind of operations often at different places
In all honesty, I don't think I've ever seen a single police car on Decarie unless it was assisting an accident. Although, my cousin got an 850$ ticket on Decarie comming home from a club. Good thing for me I took Park Ave home instead of the hwy that night

I always take Park Ave to get home from DT. It's much faster!
I'm just ribbing you. Since you don't want the streets in TMR to have a french name, I won't allow the streets in the rest of MTL to have english names.

I never said I didn't want the streets in TMR to have French names. I said I wanted them to be the way they were before: bilingual.
Well, I've lived many places in North America, and nobody compares to the aggressiveness of Quebec drivers except Detroit drivers and New York cabbies, though I have noticed an improvement.
