judging by the score sheet Mat Clark has cost them another game, Its sucks that the whole seson is being cost on his play, of lack of it.

Cant move the puck (hands). and is always out of position, hitting is one thing but all he does is run arouind and get out of position, even when he does get the puck from a player,he doesnt have the hands or smarts to make a good breakout pass, which give the opposing team it right back and right in our net, I cant believe they had him out in the last minute of the game when he was just on the ice for the tying goal, Where was Lindholm?> he makes more sense. I think Wilford should be coaching in the ECHL,

I thought Lindholm was listed as a healthy scratch.

Bump. [Pertaining to Lindholm.] I'd like to know as well if anyone in Norfolk can chime in, then I'd be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I saw this over at AC:
"Fort Wayne Komets forward Garrett Klotz was arrested on Thursday (and released on Friday) while traveling with the team in Charleston, South Carolina."

3rd best SV% in the AHL behind Lehner and Holtby. On a pretty defensively weak team.

Ok - So im guessing thats good

What are his chances of ever getting a chance with the Ducks? With Fasth now playing so well?

Who knows. Andersen may pressure a Hiller trade. Gibson could be ready by 2015.

He could play himself into a backup role next year if the Ducks decide to trade Hiller in the off season. That's far from a given but not out of the realm of possibility if he continues playing real well the rest of this year in Norfolk.

I doubt that. Fasth is going to need more than a dozen games to prove he's capable of handling a number ones workload. Right now Hiller is still the best we have.

I see Sexton's shooting percentage is still a complete joke. 5.5% last year and 5.7% so far this season.

Also Vatanen has somewhat disappointing season in the AHL offensively, just fitting the top 100 in point scoring with only 4 goals. Another season in the A could do wonders for him though.

Seriously? He's playing for one of the worst teams in the league and he's currently 7th in scoring by defencemen. This is his first season in NA, so I would cut him some slack.

With his average defense (Norfolks third best +/- of the D) he should bring more offense IMO as he still is a minus player on even strength. Closer to PPG or better defensive showing before he should be tried in the NHL again.

Also none of the defensemen above him are NHL level players (excluding Justin Schultz).

At least I hoped for him to lead the team in points this season.

You need to apply the eye test to evaluate a player's defense.
