Last year called him Steve Varmalov, which lead to a few weeks of this board having too much fun calling everyone on the team Steve.

Glad Leafs fans don't get carried away by Kadri's hot start.

"I think he's comparable to Duchene, but not Tavares - at this point - time will tell.

It's a little premature comparing him to Johnny T this year who has already established himself as a premier player in this league."

The last NBC broadcast, they were calling him VarlaRmov the whole game too, it was driving me nuts. And Engblom was the color guy making the same mistake. I don't know how he got it wrong since he lives in Denver and works games for the Avs.

Hey, at least they haven't started offering Kadri for Dutchy and EJ.

You gotta feel sorry for them, I guess that all those years of missing playoff hockey are finnaly starting to erase the last trace of their ability to have an unbiased and sane view of their players.

With that being said, I do believe that Kadri will be a very good player in the NHL.

Gilles - MacKenzie - Boll

Tyutin - Nikitin
Erixon - Aucoin

Not sure about the goalie

Leafs haven't really had a first round pick for them pan out in the last 20 years. The few good picks they've had they traded away early on (Steen, Jonsson, Rask). So getting carried away with Kadri's start isn't strange. Still very entertaining.

Ouch!! Didn't realize CBJ had so may injuries, definitely a must win game, which means we probably lose.

I'm expecting this to be a one goal game. The CBJ have lost (at least) 10 of their games by one goal.

I haven't watched either of the games, but it looks like the BJs have played pretty well in their games against the Hawks.

That being said, I don't think this will be as easy of a win as some people are saying it to be.

Then again, when it comes to the Avs, there is no such thing as an 'easy win' or 'should win' game.

I am excited to see our forward core at full strength for once (minus Downie).

I dislike the circumstances but eh...

We should win against CBJ. That is the problem. We "should".

But I think we will. Big games from Duchene and Landeskog.

O'Money with the assist on every goal. Not on the ice but he pays 1000 $ to everyone who scores just because he can...

He will make over $80,000 a game next year

And we'll pay money to watch him do it.
