It isn't Oshie, Backes, Perron, Stewart, and Berglund.
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and when you have guys who career was over years ago in Redden on defense and that malfunctioning Shooter Tudor Elliott on the team, you make it really tough on yourselves.
This game is a perfect illustration. Oshie made a terrible play in his own end, but 99 times out of 100, he doesn't make that mistake. If not for the blunders on skates that are Elliott and Redden, this game is as worst, 1-1
Seems about right we dominate for 15 minutes but can't capitalize then horrid defense and ******** goaltending cost us our lead in a matter of minutes.
Forget about Elliott making a big save for us, he can't even make routine saves. The experiment is over. Call up Allen, push Elliott to peoria. Redden should get glued to pressbox unless Cole is injured.
Not watching the game, were the goals terrible on Elliotts part?
The first one, no. It was a terrible give away by Redden, and then just a good play by the Stars. The second one, yes. Bad give away by Oshie but it was a wrist shot with no screen from the top of the circle and it squeaked through.
