It ends soon. That's the greatest achievement from the present management. If you happen to suck in a trade....just be sure it ends soon. And it will. Didn't think Ryder had lost such a step, so far it looks awful.

Ryder couldn't pass the puck to save his life. on the PP every pass to PK or Markov was in their feet. Cole scores for Dallas today also lol.

Three games now.

At least Habs gonna save money soon and draft a player that might be ready in 3 or 4 years.

We should trade him now give him to Detroit or Phoenix or any team struggling for a playoff spot and we get a 2nd round pick and a more mobile right winger.

So in the end we would get a 2nd, 3rd, Cole's salary off the cap and a so-so RW.

Bruins should have never let Ryder walk. They have been trying to fill that 3rd line hole for 2 seasons now. It cost them the Washington series last year.

Ironically, a lot of Bruins fans (myself included) wanted them to "upgrade" with Cole.

Funny how things work themselves out.

Ryder helped you out a whole lot that's for sure. But as of now, either he slowed down a lot or just doesn't fit with the system...but I'M pretty sure Chiarelli could do so much better.

If Ryder continues to not fit, we just flip him at the deadline. Either way his money is coming off the book snad we got a third rounder.

Calm down people. I'm not a huge Ryder fan and I have almost zero interest in re-signing him, but this is the first time he's been traded in-season, which can be a whirlwind for a player.

An adjustment period is only normal. Especially since our schedule is frantic right now and there are very few practice opportunities as a result.

I miss Cole, and probably still will even when Ryder gets it going.

Chill out. The guy is not a speedster. He was brought in to be a sniper. He will do that. Everyone knows what the Habs are getting.

Only his third game. No need to hit the panic button yet.

He had me pulling my hair out a few times with neutral zone turnovers. Seems like he's thinking a little too much, and needs to simplify.

Haven't liked what I've seen so far, but it's still way to early to panic. It's not like Cole was lighting it up either.

It has been a while but I saw the same Ryder who played for us previously.

He is pretty much the same guy. A one dimensional guy who is a liability unless he's scoring. Brad Boyes would be a decent comparison, although ryder has had much more success than him in putting the puck in the net in recent years.

There's a few times during tonights game I thought he could have had a few good chances if he was moving his feet, but man he looks like a 60 year old skating out there...

Wasn't he supposed to be a transform player..? I see no difference between the Ryder that left Montreal and the Ryder we see now :S If he doesn't get an opportunity in the game to be wide open and take his shot, he just become useless...

He has looked like 2008 Ryder. That said, he has only played 3 games.

Still got an assist tonight on a great pass to Plekanec.

Didn't cost a goal, yeah he was slow and made some so so plays but he is still adjusting.

Cole was terrible too this year i'm happy he's gone plus having to pay him 2 more years was not great.

The pp in dallas and in MTL is not the same he will adjust and i see some 2 goals games ahead for him.

Man habs fans have a short fuse with players.

Gorges was weak tonight we should trade him too.

Galchenbust.

Price is a mediocre goalie.

Kaberle is an allstar dman.

I don't have a problem with Ryder, he is what he is, a streaky player. he fits well on the team as long as we don't depend on him for scoring like his last stunt with Montreal.
