Definitely has a shot at it. IMO he's first in line for an A whenever Gionta's tenure is done. Not only is Max a warrior on the ice, but his professional attitude towards training and off-ice preparation is the definition of leading by example. Hab for life

Way to go Max!!! He is money in the slot, I don't think there is anyone on our team that is even close when it comes to shooting accuracy. I can see him being a 40 goal man and thats not just a leftover swelling with pride and emotion after beating the Bruins response.

Thank you Craig Rivet !
2 ''perennial core without capitaincy expericence but potential for it'' players for a retired average def just keeps looking better.

Maybe I have a mancrush on Max but I just can't stop seeing him as our best forward as of right now and for years to come and probably a star as soon as next year. He's big, clever, great shot, have hands, have regeneration points, can pass and he's still young. With Gally and Chuckie, PK, Beaulieu Price and him we may have one of the best Top 6 of the league in max 2-3 years and all from our system. And I'm not talking about our depth. That's what I call drafting

Glouton or Carcajou.

Carcajou kind of sounds Badass.

Les Carcajous du Canadien doesn't ring very badass, tho.

“Jealousy,” offered Pacioretty, who, after collecting 14 points in his last nine games, and seven in the last week, woke up to the news that he had been named the NHL’s first star of the week. “We’re at the top right now and reading comments like that is awesome. If we’re in last place, they [the Bruins] wouldn’t be saying anything about us, but we’re in first place and it’s the best feeling in the world.”

Damn right.

Fun fact, the Bruins only had one single American player last night, Jay Pandolfo.

We can say a big thank you to Trevor Timmins on this one. And maybe to Craig Rivet too!

This guy will probably be so great in the playoffs it ain't going to be funny for the other team we're playing

I dunno, this card seems fine to me. Gorges will never be more than a #7 defenseman.
