Wild are 6-3-1 past 10, so perhaps they are starting to become a team.

5 of the worst teams in the league reside in the east.

Makes for easy points for the rest of the eastern teams.

Worst team, Columbus.

Islanders
Sabres
Lightning
Capitals
Panthers
Blue Jackets

Is it because of the lack of preseason that we see so many injuries? This season seem plagued by players hurting their knees, pulling their groins etc.

Whats the point of Lu, Florida will be picking in the top 8 no question. They can't score and cant keep the puck out of the net. Not a good team. Why waste picks etc on Lu.

You are assuming it would be picks?

Don't the Canucks need a center with their injury prone Kesler out again?

Hmm actually I think I thought that out wrong your right Van needs a center (Wiese sp.?) but I still can't see FLA taking on that contract. And why would Florida want to try and get 7/8 place and lost a high pick in the summer. Tank baby tank.

So Boychuk is back on the waiver wire after another failed attempt at locking up a roster spot in Pittsburgh.

Well ward is down, along with Theodore. Good chance for leafs to make the push, heres hoping we can get somewhere if we put on another good streak.

Should be interesting but I believe he's backing up Clemmensen than getting starts.

I'm surprised that Geno is back so soon. His hit looked so bad, and 4 games doesn't seem like enough.

Watching TSN clips and Julien saying that Montreal's embellishing is really bad for the league (true), and that it needs to be called more (true), and it hurts the game. Not the team - the game. (true).

Patches turns around and calls it jealousy, because if they were 8th not 1st no one would say anything - um. okay there, if that makes you feel better.

What exactly has Pacioretty and this Habs roster accomplished except for a win against Bruins last night that would make Bruins jealous of him and his team?

Did he forget that B's won the cup stepping on chest of this very team?

I think he did.
Like my mouth dropped open when I was hearing it. Just, all how they are the first in the division, and no one would say anything if they were 8th or lower, and blah blah, and Subban was cracking jokes about it, and i turned it off then because I didn't really want to hear any more of their crap.

Honestly, I hope Boston. (or Us), knock them out of that first place.

Another one? Doesn't Malkin light up the Bolts once per year for a highlight of the year candidate?

Don't understand why... Clemm is nothing but a vet backup goalie .. If Markstrom is their young goalie of the future, he should get the bulk of the starts and Clemm should be there to bail him out when need be

.. Though I understand the team in front has been brutal, so they don't want to ruin the kid's confidence ... Still

Tampa 13th in the East. Perhaps Yzerman isn't as good a GM people thought he was?

Put his faith in a goalie with very little NHL experience who played on a defensive oriented powerhouse. One of the reasons I didnt jump on the Lindback bandwagon.

Yzerman named GM, May 2010.

His draft picks are 20-21 years old and younger.

There was a lot of praise for Yzerman last night, but more for the prospects he is bringing into the system and the development of the young players.

I can say Hedman looked a lot better than I've seen in the past.

I think they are in transition, stuck with Vinnie, and St. Louis is what 37-38?

24 is still young for a goaltender, Reimer will be 25 this year like Lindback.

Too bad Vinnie never really got back to his pre-wrist injury level.
