Man that broad may be a ditzy, brainless entity, but her ass-ets sure did bring us a winner, here.

White can help Prust in the pugilism department.

I think White actually makes for a more intense exciting scrap than Prust anyways.

Over a full season this would be indeed hard to maintain, though. And I would also argue that if we didn't have so many undersized forwards this wouldn't even be an issue.
I just think that teams are going to start targetting Prust...and eventually, it will wear on him and reduce his effectiveness.

Prust needs help. So get some reliable guys that will play regularly and can do somehwat of a job. I'm done with Armstrong. And about to be done with Moen. Moen does have the advantage on Armstrong in the overall game so before you acquire somebody....be sure you don't get rid of guys you can't replace.

But Prust will be tired to do it alone. Makes no sense that this important guy leads the league in penalty minutes. No sense at all.

Any suggestions? It's easy enough to say we could use an upgrade from Armstrong/Moen, but who? Okay, if we dumpster dive for a goon we can make a "statement" against the Leafs or whatever so Prust doesn't have to take one for the team, but Armstrong and Moen will both still be playing 75% of the time, unless you want Prust to be double shifted regularly.

I'd love to get Matt Martin from the Islanders, but I don't know how without overpaying.

His contract seemed a bit steep at first, but I'd bet my house that it ends up being worth every penny. He is NOT the type of guy to sign a nice deal and half-ass and go through the motions. He has the intangibles that are crucial to a deep cup run. NYR lost their heart and soul by getting rid of Prust, Rupper, and Doobie

Not like Moen, for sure.

I was really happy when the Habs signed him back in July, and I am even more impressed by him than ever before.

People thought I was loony when I told them Prust was going to be my next jersey.

Placed my order Saturday, should be ready in 2-3 weeks.

I would like a young fighter who could be with Prust the sheriffs in town. A guy like Clifford at 22 is really interesting. Older fighter seems always to collapse in their 30's.

I'd love to see Matt Martin and Vladimir Sobokta. But it's pretty unlikely.

The whole "We'll talk about it after the game" thing made me so proud that he's a Hab.

That's a lot for an enforcer. Moen 1 on 1 should be enough, but I'm not ready to throw the towel on him just yet, it's a lockout year and there's no need to rush things on his case. Maybe next year he'll be back on his game.

Brian McGratten wouldn't need to clear waivers since he's already on an NHL roster.

Probably the best option.

Let's offer a 3rd.

Calgary got him for free. Guys like Sestito McLaren Kassian etc all were on waivers. No way we should trade a 3rd rounder for a goon. Either wait for one on waivers or get one for a low end prospect.

Wow, that's hardcore.

I feel a little bashful asking this, but - do you buy legitimate jerseys or the cheaper ones? Honest question, since you buy every jersey on the roster!

I have over 400 hockey jerseys and maybe 30-50 are fakes, and about 250 are fully stitched- I have original Roy-Muller-Damphousse-Carbonneau-Leclair-Desjardins and a couple more from the 93 stanley cup team, its an addiction. My buddy is using my jerseys and trying to write a book about the history of jerseys and equipment in general, take a jersey from early 80's to mid 90's and take a jersey made today complete rubish. Last time I counted I have invested roughly $40000 on jerseys, not cool.

That's incredible, good for you man. I would love to drop that kind of $$$ on jerseys too someday, I also find it to be incredibly rewarding to look in my closet and see the blasts from the pasts.

Too bad each one of those bad boys goes for 275ish with taxes today.

What a night for him tonight, 3 points including 1 goal. Great signing. And with each game, you just seem to love him even more than last time.

Maybe we should send out more hot women from Quebec out to other cities, so they can drag the good players back here.
