In "Bend it like Beckham", Jes showed up late to the championship as it was her sisters wedding and if you know a thing about the Indian parents in this movie, they were very strict about her following in line with the family. Now much to the dismay of her father he let her go as he could see how upset she was by not getting to play alongside Keira Knightley when there was a professional scout in the audience.
We see her enter after halftime when they were down a goal, they tie it up and Jes is given a free kick to win after being inexplicably tackled. Naturally she is finally able to "Bend it like Beckham" as it were and they obtain the victory.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is yes, I see no reason why Buff couldn't play tonight.
Good movie.

Hopefully we get our PP firing on all cylinders, I liked what I saw last game in that department. How about 4-3 Jets, with 1+ goal on the PP. That would be nice.

In the 3rd he buys pizza from the rink and throws it on the ice

Need to put away teams like Panthers. Hope to see the players pissed at their last performance and come out (and stay) flying from the first puck drop.
GO JETS GO

Jet's typically don't. Adantage due to opposition injuries? Fall flat on their faces.
If it's not planned, it certainly seems like it sometimes.
G'luck tonight to you guys. Had fun cheering for the Panthers in the playoffs last year, but you're back to enemies now.

There's no reason the Jets should lose this one, so I'll guess 3-2 Florida.

Hence the license plates;
Good luck to both teams. Here's to a non-disappointing game. For either side.

Jets make the early statement and set the tone with their physicality.
4-2 Jets.

Thats good news to hear! I have to admit, as someone who ripped on Buff's defensive game last season, he has played much much better defensively this season.

He's been really good. He has a great active stick that can poke the puck away with ease and the way he spins off forecheckers to get the puck out of the zone is really something to watch. He's truly an impact defenseman.
