That's the thing with this team. They play good and get our hopes up then 1 play changes the game then bye bye hopes.

Can't ask for much more than what Labrie has provided since the conditioning stint. Good for him.

Agreed. He is very good in a certain role, and as long as you keep him in that role he is excellent.

And CC is barely even mentioned on the main boards for the Calder. Good awareness.

You would think he would be, he's leading rookies in scoring.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot our scoring flow-chart on Poundcake's avatar.

Conacher is the best rookie in the history of the league.

Didn't you know that Huberdeau or Gallagher are going to win the Calder. Gallagher in the running because he's clearly the engine driving the Habs...He was a 5th round draft choice and is under 5'10" so he's the inspirational pick as well...

Lindback looks more poised and confident. As if he knows the team cannot do worse than it has.

On a side note, the MSG commentators are actually not annoying to listen to.

Chico is crazy, but he's a real fan of the game. Most MSG announcers are really fair though.

Nah, the Devil's announcers aren't that bad. Chico gets annoying though, especially if Brodeur touches the puck.

The Devils guys are good. Chico is usually good for a chuckle a few times a game too.

Palat is looking solid again tonight, and I have loved Aulies play in the first.

Faceoffs favoring the Lightning 9 to 5.
Hits are even 8 to 8.
Giveaways are favoring the Lightning 2 to 4.

Matt Carle played 7:53, the most of any Lightning player.

Think it was just nerves last time he was here. When he keeps it simple, plays his role, he's a good 4th liner. He checks everything that moves and is actually faster than people give him credit for.

Glad we are having a chance to finish this RT against a team in the doldrums like us.
