With the 17th overall pick in the NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers are proud to select, from The Ohio State University, DE John Simon.

Yes it's a reach but, Simon is more than a football player. He is what you want a Steeler to be, never give up and a blue collar work ethic. He was born to be a Steeler. I've watched him for 4 years and he is a legend here. He has an aura unmatched by any. He is truly a special player.

Dallas Cowboys are proud to Select with pick #18 out of the university of Texas Safety, Kenny Vaccaro

It was a tough choice between two players at this pick but our safties where probably the worst in the NFL and Sensabaugh is now gone. So cowboys take a safety to add to there first round pick of Claiborne last year to hopefully make a young and lethal secondary for years to come.

With the 19th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the New York Giants select DT Sheldon Richardson, Missouri.

There were plenty of different ways we could've went in this spot, but we chose Richardson to help out a defensive line that was abysmal last year while losing Chris Canty and most likely Osi Umenyiora. Plus Richardson has been soaring up the draft board, surprised to see him fall to us.

Next GM PM'd.

Same for me, kid could go down as one of the best in this draft with Floyd.

With the 22nd pick in 2013 NFL Draft the Miami Dolphins are proud to select

TE Tyler Eifert - Notre Dame

The Dolphins have a young QB who needs more talent around him. A QB"s best friend and safety net is his TE

Having a good QB/TE combo is important in todays NFL and the Dolphins felt the 6'5 Eifert is a guy who can improve the offense especially the Red Zone

With the 23rd pick in the 2013 HF Mock Draft the Minnesota Vikings select:

WR Keenan Allen, University of California

-WR has been a need for the Vikings every year since Randy Moss was traded, save 2009.
-Drafting Allen gives us the size and speed we desperately need on the outside and is good complement to Percy Harvin.
-He immediately vaults to the top of a WR depth chart that aside from Harvin includes studs such as Jarius Wright, Stephen Burton, Chris Summers and a crippled Greg Childs.

Bad pick. Sorry. I knew you were going for wide receiver but bad pick given what is on the board and what Minnesota really needs.

WR is the #1 need on this team. Especially if Harvin is traded IRL. FA didn't happen yet so I have to address needs based on what's currently on the roster.

Patterson was gone. Of the other options one guy was redundant with Harvin and I have Allen graded slightly higher than a few other WRs available.

If Patterson and Allen were both gone I was probably going LB or DT. DT and WR are both deep in the draft so that was tough. I had a few DT I liked here as well.

Linebacker is a more pressing need for the Vikings in this draft. With the wide receiver group being a toss up, I just don't see one separating themselves from the other. Allen is nice but his knee injury scares me.

I strongly disagree with this post. Solid pick, right around the range I'd expect him to go and the Vikings NEED WR help.

You can always find LB help in the mid rounds for good value. I'm not thrilled about any of the top at the position that would warrant a no-question 1st round grade.

I just see the wide receiver group just a huge wide open field at this point. The issue is they are getting no production from their linebackers (and linebacker has been a major sore point for them since...who knows when. I mean their best middle linebacker was EJ Henderson/Ben Leber) and in a pass happy league, linebackers are extremely important. I would have gone after Allen if certain players didn't drop.

You can say that with wide receivers. Some of the best wide receivers are from 2nd round or lower. I'm not thrilled with the wide receivers where Minnesota is picking.

Doesn't Allen have some question marks because of some knee injuries?
