Yeah, but he's "a hugely overpaid 30 goal scorer" -- or at least that was the mantra of many around here from January - July.

This guy is just a beast...he could easily hit 40 again in a full season. Seems like he does something sick every single game.

He's not human.

I also don't think I have heard him speak more than 5 times.

Anybody else picture Rick Nash dressed in clothes from the video game series "Assasin's Creed"?

He definitely mouthed F---- YEAH after his 2nd goal when the players were coming together to celebrate... Who wouldn't?!?

He's a real pleasure to watch..... Perfect fit for NY as I'm sure Rangers brass are very pleased with the excitement level that he brings to the organization.....

Nash's inability to score in the first and second periods is hurting this team.

It's like watching Jagr again. I'll be honest, I did not watch a lot of Nash while he was a Blue Jacket. He's ****ing awesome.

The biggest fear for many about a deal for Nash was what was the cost going to be? Nobody wanted to see McD, Stepan, MDZ, Kreider or Miller in the deal. I think 90% of the board was thrilled when the cost turned out to be what it was.

Honestly, the way he's playing??? I would have been ok with anyone going in that deal out of those guys with the exception of Stepan.

About time Nash got called out for this. He knows the game isn't 20 minutes long, right? Right?!?!

That "you can't hook me, I score" deke sums up the best power forward in the NHL perfectly. Privilege to have this guy on our team.

You'd be okay with McDonagh going into that trade?

What?

I'm the biggest Nash nut-hugger on this board, but have people turned THAT quickly on McD after two meh games?

When the rumors first started I was skeptical, so glad to be wrong. Obviously we couldn't go wrong seeing what we gave up for him, but man is this guy better than I thought.
