That or they base their Western Conference Scouts in California to minimize travel, because I think our scouts were also at the Avs games in LA, Ana, and SJ.

Pretty sure a few posters mentioned Washington wanting to be the Bruins before

Quote:
One play he uses to illustrate this theory is Alex Burrows' 11-second overtime winner in Game 2 of the 2011 Stanley Cup Final. Watch Andrew Ference off the draw. "He takes two steps, is closed off and has no play," Oates said. He then pointed out something very interesting. Look at Boston's roster now: four left-shooting wings. Four right-shooting wings. Two right-shooting centres. Two left-shooting centres. Three right-shot defencemen. Three left-shot defencemen. (It's true, you can look it up.) That's going to be the blueprint in Washington.

Weiss out for the year so guys can scratch him out for the year. The trip to the bottom is getting easier for the Panthers.

Bruins have 3 rhs centers, Campbell has not been playing center and he is a shell of himself from his Florida days. Swap him for Hendricks in a heart beat.

??? Campbell is pretty good for what we ask for in Boston. center one of the best 4th line of the league, play regular shift on the best PK of the league. hits, fights, put a couple of point here and there.

IMO He can be on the 3rd line with Paille and Perverly if we need saving kelly salary.

just a list for a team that looks like they might be heading their way out of the playoffs and might be willing to deal

Iginla to Pitt scares me come playoff time. They would be terrifying if they could roll out Malkin/Neal and Crosby/Iginla shift after shift.

I know Iginla's numbers are down and he's not getting any younger but I saw him play in the Col/Calgary game last week and he still looked like one of the most dangerous guys on the ice. Don't let the slight drop in production fool you...he'd be a very good pickup for any team.

This summer, would you guys be interested in a deal around Yakupov for Lucic?

I know he's a fan favourite, and rightfully so. Just thought i'd ask.

If the Devils continue to skid ... wonder if Elias might be a viable trade option? Always been a big fan.

Yakupov reminds me of Radulov

Wish we had some insiders still posting here so we'd know when something was really in the works soon.

According to tsn Boston was scouting a sj game, assumed they were looking at clowe. By his season so far, they probably werent impressed, 0 goals, 6 assists. I'm still on the hejduk bandwagon

Start with Iginla IMO. If the price is prohibitive (and it would have to be REALLY steep) then shift to Clowe.
