I thought last episode was awesome. Felt like they went back to their roots.

I like JOB too, but somebody has to sit to get Stone and MM in there.

I know that many people want to scratch Zmitty, but the guy has been matching up against the best scorers in the conference and doing a very good job of shutting them down.

Personally I'd have sat Regin or Silf, but I think JOB has thick skin and can handle it better.

DD, zibby and condra would be my 4th line, can't see either of those wingers getting any powerplay time.

Regin or Silf.. really? A team that is dying to score goals should remove two of it's sparse offensive threats?

JOB has scored a couple goals.. the guy isn't a top scorer and he isn't riding some hot streak. It's more luck than anything else.

If you want to know why season 2 wasnt as good…read this:

http://screenrant.com/walking-dead-f...mc-aco-127783/

AMC fired the producer from season 1, cut the budget, and stuck their hand into the creative process.

I know but you can't make calculated decisions based off of random chance. It's like when PM put Daugavins first in the shootout after he scored that fluke goal. There was no way Daugavins was going to score again. I face palmed when I saw him go out first. What a waste of a shot.

Thank god he doesn't do that with every decision.

I don't really care.

It's Jim O'Brien.

There's a full 65 minutes before the shootout, eh?

I actually love decisions like that. Aren't we always crying for accountability for poor play, and reward for good? The alternative was to put in Alfie, who is 0-for on the season. Even if we account for career averages Daugavins was 100%.

I'm kidding including the stats, but I have no issue with rewarding a young player with opportunities as a reward for recent contributions. He didn't score that time, but I like the message it sends. It's both an incentive and opportunity for good play to carry forward.

Wonder what the excuse for season 3 will be as it has failed to deliver imo. Season 1 stands tall above 2 and 3, i guess all shows cannot be like BB

This is me getting the facts wrong. Good day.

Leafs still suck though, just because.

We beat Buffalo 3-2 in OT.
We beat the Islanders 5-4 in OT.....other than that, your bang on.

Please stop being results oriented. It's a terrible way to organize your life.

I understand that aspect of it as well. I also appreciate it under certain circumstances.

I was more using that of an example of how being results oriented isn't a good way to operate. I was trying to relate to how we shouldn't sit Regin or Silf because JOB has scored more goals than them. Putting a player in the shootout is one thing, scratching somone from the game is on a whole other level.

TBH I don't really think that PM thought Daugavins was going to score.. It was probably just to have some fun!

Pfft, wow. Put that on your resume.

And err... thanks I guess. I remember the Islander one, it was like yesterday or something.

Results oriented?! They don't generate very much out there, and you want to call them offensive threats.

They look like they're playing too tentatively out there, and I see Silf developing a habit of skating the puck away from good ice in the O-zone far too often.

Regin had one good game, but most of the time looks like he's trying to get open for a breakout pass from the other team instead of supporting his winger and trying to keep the puck in. I don't expect much from him, but to call him an offensive threat is laying it on pretty thick.

So, if i'm getting this right...what you are saying is it's better to lose in a shootout than win in overtime?
