Is there a kid on STA that can't literally skate like the wind? They are an insanely good team.

There's a reason the beat Hill, who's the #1 seed in the AA tournament...

Beat the first time they played.
Then tied.
Then lost.

That was a tough game to watch. STA won this game with a couple minutes into the first period. They are an incredibly talented team though. I just felt sorry for their opponent!

STA hasn't belonged in that Class for a long time. Nothing but fake victories for them. They should have grew a pair years ago and joined the big boys. Instead, they chose to get cheap thrills by taking the easiest route possible. Zero respect for them. I look forward to them getting a nice dose of reality in the future.

Good day at the X but not much of a crowd, which is pretty typical for single A. I took off after the first period of the last game so luckily I missed the slaughter. Breck vs. Hermantown should be a really good matchup on Friday and tonight's game should be the best of the day.

Time to lay on the couch and digest the Cossetta's and 10 press box cookies I had then do it all again tomorrow.

I feel dirty after watching that game.

Basically they and every other private recruit. I can't prove it but I've talked to people that have told me. Like you said though that wasn't hockey with a team playing full of all stars.

I personally have always held the small school championship in lesser regard.

Well their goalie, who is probably the best player on their team (although you wouldn't know it today), is from Milwaukee. Funny how that never gets mentioned.

It's the dirty crotch of Minnesota. Why do you think they have logic?

I felt bad as they were interviewing the coach for the Apollo after the 2nd period, wtf is he going to say down 9-0? Poor guy, stupid TV people.

Can't stand the single A bracket. Always the same teams winning it. At least there's some parody in the double A.

Not a fan of it but there is talent out there. Never thought of this yet but I think they bring in 16 teams for this for the revenue for downtown St. Paul. 5 interviewed a couple parents from I believe Hermantown and they said initial drop of $1K and then another hundred or more per day. That's good revenue for the downtown, although I'd still like it to be a big 16 team tourny where small and big from each section play each other in first round.

Not really though...

Then again, I have a never ending stack of Cossetta's gift cards so it's irrelevant.
