Ah cool. Last I heared he had been invited to training camp with the Hawks.

Never understood why he was never drafted. He seemed pretty ok to me.

Nice, a young goalie for Cincy.

I don't think, we're going to draft a goalie in the next 2 years.

For now its looks this way:

NHL
Huet
Aebie

AHL
Danis
Halak

ECHL
Desjardin<---

CHL
Lacasse
Price

Other leagues:
Heino-Lindberg

There was a missing link, Desjardin is that link. If Aebie is traded, Danis is promoted, Halak 1st goalie in Hamilton with Desjardins as backup. Next year Price and Lacasse comes in, so I think Desjardin is a 1 year deal or he will compete with Lacasse for next year ECHL spot again.

I just dont know where Lindberg fits. Maybe he can come next year and beat Halak. Doubtfull but possible.

With the end of last season in mind, its also possible Halak surpass Danis.

Nice signing, we certainly have a very deep goaltending pool. Wow.

At least one every 2 years I think is the norm. I agree with you not a first 3 rounds pick. I can foresee us drafting a big offensive centre next year and more D in the first rounds. Were pretty close to drafting strickly BPA at this point even if I think we still need more center prospect imo.
