I think the difference is more about taking hits than delivering them. You're right that Benn isn't a guy who is knocking players on their butts, but he's definitely harder to move and harder to knock off the puck than Larsen.

Gully made a point to mention how "heavy" the Kings are, and I think his concern is about being able to absorb that size and physical play from the Kings, which is the one thing Larsen has struggled with most this season. He gets pushed around very easily in his own end.

I thought you guys would like this.

Pay special attention to Morrow's comments regarding your favorite diver.

He has some more articles coming out today including Whitney and Morrow interviews. He just released one from Nystrom as well.

His interviews are excellent. He has a knack for getting players to open up and be "real" instead of the cliche responses.

This is actually pretty interesting stuff, cutting through the boring hockey speak by limiting players to 1 word is a good idea.

While Brown, without a doubt, has dived in the past, he has cleaned up his act considerably the past couple of years.

He is, however, still easy to take off his skates. You get your stick in there, he is going to start moving his feet big time....then he's going to go down, and you are going to get a penalty. For some reason, however, this perpetuates the dive reputation, which I don't get.

Reputations don't disappear when you still do it "sometimes." He also still noticeably does it at least once a game, so if he "cleaned his act up" it just shows how bad he was before.

Well if we lose tonight, we'll only be 4 points infront of Columbus for last place in the conference. So there's that.

Dallas would have a game in hand, but yeah it's crazy how well they recovered from such a poor start.

Dallas better come out flying tonight. My biggest fear is that they are rusty after most of a week off and get down early in the game.

I think you can definitely count on there being some rust.

Feels like it's been forever since the Stars played.

I don't understand any hate for Detroit. They run an organization exactly how it should be. I can't hate a team for being good, and doing it the right way.

I dislike them, but I definitely don't hate them.

Think of a lot of the hate for them from Stars fans has to do with the amount of Wing fans in the Metroplex.
