Top 10 Players in Anaheim Ducks history

Thanks to everyone who voted in Poll #8 and the winner was Samuel Pahlsson:

Now it's time for Poll #9.

Here's a link to all the forwards who have played for Anaheim:

http://www.hockey-reference.com/play...y=games_played

In Poll 9 I voted for Saku Koivu.

Also for clairfication this is being done solely on a player's time with 1 team not his overall career.

The results so far:

1) Teemu Selanne
2) Paul Kariya
3) Ryan Getzlaf
4) Corey Perry
5) Steve Rucchin
6) Andy Mcdonald
7) Bobby Ryan
8) Samuel Pahlsson

Oh and this should read Top 10 Forwards in Anaheim Ducks History-#9. If a mod could change that for me it would be appreciated.

Title's wrong. I thought a new poll series was opening up. Either Saku or Rob Niedermayer for me. I'm gonna go with Saku.

Kunitz and Koivu should fill out the last two spots, imo.

Is it really that bad? :S I like both players and Koivu has had a remarkable career.. but how many years has he played on the Ducks 3? 4? Are there no other player that would make a better pick? :/

Rob Niedermayer. He was a critical part in both the '03 and '07 runs, was outstanding defensively and had a couple of good offensive seasons for us as well.

Koivu winning reflects how little people actually do research before voting. Look up his stats with Anaheim and look up those of Rob Niedermayer and tell me Koivu deserves to be ahead of him.

Koon is eighth all time in franchise goal scoring.

Rob Niedermayer - 124 points in 382 games
Saku Koivu - 155 points in 242 games

It's not like Koivu is any slouch defensively either. He's arguably been the Ducks best defensive forward since arriving to the club. The two things Rob has on him is longetivety, and having been part of two cup final teams. But as far as stats goes I don't think you have an argument.

Ducks all time stats (forwards)

Koivu is playing his fourth season with the Ducks. Anaheim has had some other good players through the years not in the polls, but usually only for a year (Fedorov, Oates).
