Dammit, don't tease on a possibility of a trade because I immediately think Morrow.
I did notice Morrow was gone the last part of the third last night. I figured it was because they wanted to be a little more defensive, guess I was wrong.

I can't imagine that they agreed to a trade in the middle of the game and say Boston asked him to be pulled. We've have heard something by now. Let's hope it's nothing serious. I really want to move him and that's not possible if he's injured.

I was hoping there was a chance, BOS putting Bourque on waivers + him clearing so he could be sent to AHL + Fraser call up right after ... thought that could potentially equal a trade.
I was fighting to stay awake in the 3rd period so I only really caught the highlights. I didn't notice specific line combos or D at that point.
Probably ... but it's definitely for a Top 9 purpose. I think he's in the same boat as Reilly Smith ... Top 9 or AHL.
Hopefully it is Morrow though. The guy's been good for Dallas, but he's the one player in the Top 9 where an injury would not have a major impact on the team.
I noticed that near the last 10 of the third Morrow didn't really show up. Think I saw Roussel skating with Eaking and Smith.
I want to say that Gully was mostly running is bottom two lines the most at that point because I don't remember much of the Top 2 other than Roussel.
My memory is fuzzy though because I was also half asleep by that point.
Knowing Dallas though, it may once again be one of those "Hey, you're doing good again. We'll call you up for practice and experience being on the road before sending you back in a week's time"
I'm hearing Brenden Morrow has a slight groin tweak and is doubtful for Saturday. Thus the reason to call up Matt Fraser (cont.)

The guess is Fraser jumps into Morrow's spot with Eakin and Smith. Conspiracy theories are invited, but I think that's what's happening
Man ... Fraser-Eakin-Smith has been what I've wanted to see since the lockout ended.
The Dallas Stars have recalled RW Tomas Vincour from the Texas Stars of the AHL, and have assigned LW Matt Fraser to Texas.
The ****? Why do this now, after you just got a practice in with new lines before a big game? How does it make sense to have Vincour on a 3rd line with Eriksson and Roussel? I figured the point of having Eriksson with Fraser was to shelter him a bit. Now you move Loui back to the left where he's less comfortable?
The only thing I think of is a right shot for the PP. It's highly unlikely, but Vincour has been proving in the AHL he has a rocket shot from the point.
Otherwise, I agree. Don't understand calling up Vincour right now after Fraser just practiced with the team. Maybe this afternoon Morrow said he was good to go, and they'd rather not have Fraser hit. At this point it's all guessing.

Don't understand this at all.
"Can't teach size". I just assume this is the real reason.
This move is definitely surprising. Campbell has been decent but not as good as the hot start he had at the start of this year.
Honestly, I'd rather see him start against LA than Colorado. Colorado has an issue on defense not offense and LA still seems to have issues scoring.
But I wouldn't be surprised if they threw Kari in there back-to-back. This may be a move to give Bachman some confidence again after the last few games.
