BB opposite Kane would be great.

Can't break up the third line when it's playing like this. It'd be throwing away a massive advantage that the Hawks have had going into every game ever since Bickell-Shaw-Stalberg started finding some chemistry as a group. Which was quite a number of games ago.

I'm unsure of what the difference in ATOI for the third is, but I'd be stunned if it was close to Kane's line. Kane's a wizard, limiting what he can do by giving him arguably our worst dressed forward and a defensive forward is insanity. Bickell or Stalberg with Kane is what needs to be done.

No, it's not what needs to be done. The Hawks have a huge advantage every game with their third line playing a good deal better than the sum of its individual parts. It's not something to be messed with.

Not sure why Morin wasn't called up as he deserves a shot and has the offensive skill to play in the top-6 and contribute. In theory, anyway. Certainly a better option than putting Carcillo there, who really shouldn't be in the top-6. And also better than breaking up a line that has been playing ridiculously well lately.

I don't think I'd mind seeing

Carcillo - Toews - Hossa
Saad - Bolland - Kane
BB - Kruger - Stalberg
Bolig - Mayers - ????

Can't think of a last player.

Frolik.

Bollig recalled. Why. I have had more than enough of Carcillo playing in top 6. Morin or Pirri or Hayes deserve a shot. Bollig sucks.

if Carcillo was still out it would be one thing, but he's not and bollig really serves no purpose.

RT @tsnjamesduthie: Patrick Sharp has a fairly severe AC joint shoulder separation. Three weeks out likely the minimum. Could be a month.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this a positive.

I like Morin with Kane way more than the Carcillo, but that's not going to happen.

Well with that development you gotta think they're gonna call up a scorer sooner or later.

sucks that it will be 3-4 weeks for Sharp. Rather have him here in 2-3 weeks to finally get him going

I don't see any reason at all to call up Bollig when you could call up Pirri or Morin instead.

Right Bollig being called up probably is a quick fix until they talk about Pirri or Morin over the weekend and one of those two will be up next week.

Still think Hayes would be better than Morin, but I won't complain if it is Morin that gets a shot.

Believe I read yesterday that he traveled with the team and should be good to go.

From what I've read it sounds like he'll be playing. Haven't seen any confirmations though.
