I don't think guys should break character just for the sake of being character....but it does kind of put the world in perspective to acknowledge that these guys are performers and have lives outside of wrestling.

Moody, as a man, devoted his entire life to entertaining us, and I think we should acknowledge and respect that. He could have been a lawyer, or a factory worker, or a librarian, but instead he chose to wear silly make-up and laugh manically as another man pretended to beat up someone.

If he was into the HoF by Mark Callaway, not as The Undertaker, and did it with the conviction and emotion that any man would have with the passing of a close friend...that would be a very special moment. It wouldn't effect the legacy of The Undertaker as a character at all.

I really didn't feel the same about him at that time as I did prior and it was because of the look. He'd always been the "jet black hair, white face, black moustache" guy, and to see him with his natural hair colour and no makeup just wasn't the same.

He was still absolutely amazing though, and always was regardless of the "look" or who he was managing. He just knew the industry so well.

I think that when that time comes, we'll see both Mark and Glenn.. not 'Taker and Kane. It just... it wouldn't be the same considering their mic-skills. The slow... one... word... talking just couldn't be done.

Vader was my favorite and Paul Bearer worked with him as well.

Several former WWE Superstars and personalities have joined together to raise money for the funeral costs of recently passed WWE legend Paul Bearer. WWE Hall of Famer Edge has created a sketch of Bearer, and is auctioning it off autographed on Ebay, along with items from former Diva Beth Phoenix and Dr. Tom Prichard.

Donations can be made at ProWrestlingBookings.com
and the eBay stuff is at http://www.ebay.com/sch/paulbearerau...&_trksid=p3686

Just a little update.. the 4 items on eBay have brought in at least $723.50, with between 3 and 7 days left. No total on the website donations, but considering this is the WWE universe, I'd say it's around $5000..

The cause of death of William "Paul Bearer" Moody was revealed yesterday by Moody's son, Michael. Moody died from a heart attack that was caused by supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), or a rapid heart rate. SVT is a condition that is treatable and is not life-threatening, but it appears that Moody ignored the symptoms of SVT until it was too late.
