is this actually happening? this is what you get when you ignore the warning signs of bad coaching and don't pull the damn trigger. this is what happens when you watch a team go from a Stanley cup contender to this and don't fire you coach.

We are seeing Lavy's last game as the Flyers' headcoach.

So what's that, 5 shots, 4 of them great scoring chances, 3 of them in the net?

Nobody is good right now.

Sophomore slump and he's still just 20 years old.

Let's also remember that Sean Couturier has had half a dozen similar turnovers in the neutral zone this season that have led to goals. Blaming Bryz almost seems like the easy way out at this point, but there's more than enough blame to be shared.

Buyout Bryz and Briere if you can't get anything for them in a trade. Then fire Lavy and start over

Honestly at this point what's the point so we only lose by 5 instead of 7. this team has so many problems

I dunno what to say...

Three years ago, they had the same problem with the ******/starts and finishes and Holmgren blows up the old city gang.

What's the excuse now? They are terrible.

I'm sick of hearing he's just 20, he doesn't have a high skill level it's evident watch him play.

Leaving bryz out to ****ing dry again, again, and a ****ing gain. Overall team defense blows. Couturier isnt playing half as well as he did last year.

He had no chance on those last 2. Noted goal scorers Chris Kelly and Daniel Paille. Automatic goals, like if Matt Carle had an open wrister for us, just slam dunk 100% goals.

I know what a sophomore slump is but his play as of late is inexcusable. If your not scoring at east do something defensively. I mean Schenn is nowhere near this bad.

Just brutal play. Now lets see if Kimmo and Briere can earn some of that 13 million dollars the Flyers are paying them!

Considering this start, very poor man-to-man coverage, and constant giveaways, there are way bigger things to worry about than Bryz.

I hope they continued to get blown out. Also it's seriously time to consider the absolute blunder to bring in a competent backup. Good job Homer for making your Goalie start every game.

agreed. and it seems like the only gameplan is to forecheck and play with jam, I'd be surprised if lavy ever actually gives them direction and doesn't just say lets go out there and play with jam.

So how many of our players are hoping to get traded at the deadline?
