Dumont doesn't play small. I don't think White deserves to be out ahead of Moen but worrying about Dumont for his size is like complaining that we should play Kaberle over Boullion for more size.

Shame I won't be able to watch more than like a half hour tonight, really wanted to see Dumont and Patyern.

Should get Colborne for his size and toughness...

I'm pretty excited to see Greg play. I hope he finds his confidence early on and never looks back!

Thanks! I'm not saying Pateryn is going to be excellent or anything tonight, I'm being realistic. But it is going to be very pleasing to see a real big body who dishes it out and clears the net on the backend. I know we have decent size dmen. But a big dman is what we have needed even from last year.

I think so too. Every time something good happened - he was there! He got reunited with Eller. Simple recipe.

I love the fact that Therrien plays the guys that come to play. He really started leaning on Eller, Prust, Chucky, Gally, Patch and DD when the game wasn't going very well vs. Carolina. They turned the tide and made the difference. He is rewarding good play and since Eller has been on a steady rise (don't know WTF the idiots on L'AntiC were talking about in terms of him being off and on), he's played him in important situations. Same with Chucky and mostly with Gally.

I'm calling Galchenyuk's first patented wicked wrister goal tonight.

I wonder if Dumont were to make mental mistakes like White if the french media would try to crush him in the press?

I dont understand the treatmebt Kaberle is getting from Therrien. He's basically humiliating him by playing Patteryn over him.

You are ignoring Pleks. He played nearly 3 more minutes than any other forward that night and helped to keep E.Staal off the score sheet.

not dissing pleks by any means. Agree about his shutdown play. Talking more about relying less on the 4th line, benching Ryder and who he put out on PPs. He's really letting Eller, Chucky and Gally blossom was my main point and that's exactly what we hoped from him. Oddly enough, I think Jacques Martin really helped Plekanec find his complete game and that was one of his objectives.
