Of habs prospects, Tinordi is the best.

Ellis, Pateryn, Beaulieu, and Dumont are all willing. Dumont is pretty good for his size.

Thrower is also good for his size.
Dietz is alright. Willing to go, but doesn't look all that great.

I think that's all.

Analyzer's post summed it up pretty good. Tinordi doesn't quite have the technique down yet, unfortunately, but his lack of mass at this point is hurting him more than anything. Really tall, lanky guys are really easy to pull this way and that. Once he bulks up, he'll be able to hang with some tough customers, but will likely never be a dominant fighter.

Schultz used to be pretty damn good when I used to see him more, haven't seen him lately so I can't say if getting tubby has really hurt him in that department.

I mean, THEN they started to understand it with the Commodore acquisition....which didn't turn out well. And then up front with the Tenute acquisition....

But personnally, I don't get this. All great to develop under the toughest season possible...but it's also pretty great to develop in winning circumstances.
Leblanc should have been a priority this year.

Yeah and its kind of sad.. I still remember 9 february 2011 like it was yesterday. It was a *****ing shame.Filled me with so much hate that game. And this year on 9 february 2013 the *****ing same thing happened. Would never have happened to the old habs.

Always thought it was weird how they treated Leblanc. Might just be something there that the rest of us don't know.

You and I are probably the same age because we think alike and we still remember watching the model - the 60s and 70s Habs.

The guy who fight more or less regularly are Dumont, Dietz, Tinordi and Thrower. Guys who will defend themself Beaulieu (realy underrated), Geoffrion (RIP, underrated), Quailer and Ellis. For Pateryn it's a big ?

I remember how excited I was when we drafted him. Well at least we have some pretty decent tough middle weights- Prust, White, and soon to be Thrower.

There's a few more after him, none quite as good as thrower, since he's something special in that regard.

Thrower is the only one who is solid for is size ( Dumont don't count). The guy can become a great middleweight. Dietz stopped to fight this year. Don't know why. He was good to.

They might have told him to stop a bit because of how important he is to the team. Dumont sitting for 5 minutes or, god forbid, getting hurt in a fight could really hurt that team. They've got plugs like Hagel and the flying stortini to deal with that stuff when it's really needed.

2 goals for Holland tonight, 2nd one was a gem. He has been on a nice tear recently.

Good to hear. It'll be interesting to see how much he, Bournival, Beaulieu, et al. will improve next year.

20+ goals as a dman in any league is good and a good reason to not fight.

Though, he still does just not as often.

We can already count him off the Habs, he has been on three differents ECHL teams this season and was recall for only two games, even considering all the missing guys and open spot opportunity they had to bring him up.

I don't think they should let him go, i hope they wanted to teach him a lesson, he needs to come in top-shape next year if they give him a contract.

I hope they keep him too. He had like 11 pts in 13 games with Utah before they traded him. Seemed like a few of his twitter fans weren't too happy he was traded so it might not have been due to poor play. No harm in giving him a second chance.
