I don't know, Bobrovsky has been pretty good this year. They might stick with him + Mason.

Main pieces I'd be interested in
Washington: Laich, Ribeiro, Carlson, Forsberg, Wilson
Tampa: Purcell, Connolly, possibly Malone (not too keen on his age + cap hit)
Winnipeg: Kane, Wheeler, Little, Hainsey, Slater

+ all of their high draft picks

Never did I say hes not an elite talent.

Hes clearly a rising star in the making. But his character is worse than P. Kane.

So either Winnipeg, Islanders, Philly, Washington. Tampa, Buffalo, or Florida.

So many possibilities.....

Long term, I don't see how anyone can think of Bobrov as a starter on a great team. Which is why Davidson and co made the move for Halak in STL. Could be interesting though.

P Kane's attitude issues are overblown, he may be a ****, but he is loved by everyone in the dressing room and doesn't scream at his coach

Fair enough. We're just on different beliefs then. I'm a fan of Pat Kane as well. Genuinely seems to be liked around the league.

I guessing you've somewhat known Kane personally. I only know what I see on TV.

And I think with age comes maturity as well as the shock of being traded.

Pavelec has been bad in his Jets career, and Schneider has the Manitoba Moose connection.
I disagree, I think it's Tampa. Yzerman wanted him last year and traded Downie to get that extra 1st to potentially put in play. Lindback is looking like a sunk cost and Vasilevski won't be ready for 5 years or more.

I've been on the trade Lu side of things since the playoffs, but if Tampa is making a significant offer I would definitely listen. Plus if we get some of their recent AHL'ers they'll have familiarity with our next coach

I was thinking of something more along the lines of Schneider + Booth for Kane + Montoya.

I can't see the Caps being interested in either Schneider or Luongo. At this point, they seem pretty invested in Holtby. He struggled early in the season, but he's definitely turned his game around during the last few weeks.

No because he's generally perceived around the league as a d-bag, which he probably is.

I mean, the guy's got a Superman tattoo with RK17 on it. It doesn't get much more ******* than that.

But he's a Canuck, so I try and ignore that stuff as best I can, and cheer him on while he plays here.

Then when he inevitably demands a trade to an American team, I can start booing him

Ahmon, you need to explain your Kane hate better.

At this point you haven't justified it with anything concrete. Just seems like you don't like young black men with words shaved in their heads.

you implied that Patrick Kane has an attitude problem, I don't think he does. I dont give **** what a players do on their own time, I just want to know whether they are a good teammate and are coachable, from what I've heard Patty Kane is great in those areas. Him being kind of a ****** when he's partying doesn't influence my opinion of him
