We need to be more effective at going from board play to the slot. Gaborik needs time and space. He may not need much but when you take an extra second, opposing players can get back to their man and rub Gaborik out of the conversation.

Yes very true, Gaborik seems very hesitant to go into the dirty areas on top of that for some reason. Hopefully his shoulder feels better and he steps it up. I would try out Stepan Gaborik, and keep Richards with Nash.

Buffalo were 1-1-2 in four games versus New York last season, with Ryan Miller starting three games in goal and
stopping 80 of 84 shots against (1-0-2, 1.28 GAA, .952 SV%). Drew Stafford, with four goals and one assist, and
Tyler Ennis, with one goal and three assists, were their leading scorers in the season series.

If we stop Vanek, and Ennis, we should be good money. Also, Miller plays like a cyborg from hell against us so we need to pepper him with shots and try to get some traffic in front.

Miller backing up Enroth tonight.

This could be great, or terrible.

No Ennis either. Holy ****, if we don't win tonight...

Buffalo giving up 33 shots/game. Their defense is awful. If the Rangers show up, they should get two points. Unless Enroth stands on his head.

Yeah well we make back ups look godly....

If we don't win this I'll be an extremely unhappy camper

“@AGrossRecord: Bickel and Hamrlik skating as extra d-men so looks like same lineup with those two out.”

“@NYDNRangers: #NYR AM skate: Hag-Rich-Nash, Gab-Step-Call, Pyatt-Boyle-Miller, Haley-Halpern-Powe. McD-Girardi, DelZ-Stralman, Em-Gilroy. Lundqvist”

The last game Enroth started, he gave up a lot of REALLY bad rebounds. Figure it'll be more of the same, especially if he has a lot of coffee beforehand.

I would have expected Hamrlik to get the start but maybe they feel his conditioning still isn't there yet.

We are seeing a backup goalie, thus we will get shutout. Book it.

I go to college at UB, and if it wasn't for Spring Break, I'd be going.
