Here is a view from the upper 400's I took a couple years back, during the game vs AC Milan:
I wouldn't be able to see from there lol.

Did they change the middle-aged screen in the olympic stadium yet?

In fact, even the screen at SS needs to be changed, it's almost embarrassing.

No on both counts, but I would imagine the SS screen will be changed soon enough.

It was suppose to be replaced with last years reno, but they decided to stick with the old one after cost overruns. I have to imagine they'll get to it the next time they budget for capital expenditures of some kind. It's so easy to do, it should be on the top of the list.

As for the big O, that's the governments responsibility. After 2 years of meetings, research and outreach, they came up with a 15 year plan:

http://avenirparcolympique.ca/

Read the full report if you want here: http://avenirparcolympique.ca/document/show/20

Its a worthy read. It honestly lays out everything we know is wrong with the place, and proposes actual solutions (though its worth mentioning that their mandate did NOT include and cost analysis)

Two wins in a row... Is it just me or no one seems to care about the impact right now? I guess the habs may be stealing the show but still it's nice to see the team start so well.

Anyone know how long Felipe is signed for? As I recall it was 3 years thus 2 years remaining.

The other thing that needs to be changed at SS is the sound system. I never understand anything that's coming out of the speakers. Not that there's really anything important being said...

At SS or you mean OS.

Cause at the big O is totally agree. Btw it would be amazing if they would find a cheap idea to cover the upper bowl... similar to bc place.

I agree, sounds really stupid.

I've only been to OS once, but it really wasn't that great.

No wonder its called the big waste. It needs some improvements, I fully understand why it doesn't have a full time tenant lol.

Well I was really surprised last year, my hopes weren't really high but considering the size of the crowd and the big O not really being a football place, I thought the atmosphere was pretty good!

We make atmosphere happen so everybody has to get in the game and chants too!

The Big O is cool as long as there is a 45 000+ crowd.

I'm surprised there has not been an attendance update :/

I figured they would really push it and try to start selling the upper bowl, but maybe not.

They're probably struggling to get some attention with the Habs doing so well.

Nobody cares about the NT. seriously. Would rather stay uncapped than play for a sh-itty team. Last good player was JDG, now they all have dual-nationality and dual-citizenship = no chance with this NT.

Ah please. You would care if you could play to make it to the WC. And please, don't tell me it's impossible, CONCACAF is ****ing weak (and so is Canada right now). But with small upgrades, they could make it. Trinidad and Tobago made it in 2006 for ****'s sakes.

Its this kind of attitude that explains why the team sucks so much. Nobody wants to play for Canada cause there's nobody else to play with. But if you want the CANMNT to be successful, it has to start somewhere. We need a few big names to grow a pair and stay with the team, consequently drawing other potential future, or current talents in to the squad.

Lets be honnest, if we made the World Cup,
1) Hoilett probably would of have joined us
2) the amount of exposure soccer would get in Canada would be unreal.
3) Both of that are just positives for upcoming and current talents.

Can someone please explain this whole team canada issue for non-soccer people?

I'm somewhat glad that **** sucker won't join the team, just like JDGII. If they had any ****ing pride, they would be playing for Canada already.
