so Ryan miller is likely to be traded basically Luongo 2.0 with a higher cap hit with 1 years left

I still don't get that. Why is Buffalo trading a goalie when they have none in their prospect pipeline? I can't say I buy that rumour.

He'll go to Chicago for Crawford and McNeil is my guess.

not the right move by Gardiner imo, Leafs may have to trade him for less than they want to

I could see that, I guess. Not like they've had so much trouble with goaltending this season though. I would want more if I'm Buffalo... but that's just me.

this is according to Nick Kypreos and maybe Buffalo want to get young so they trade someone with value for prospect and picks........I don't think they have a Miller replacement at all

there was a rumor between Sabres and Hawks of a trade with Patrick Kane for Ryan Miller doubt the hawk would do it

If it is true it probably because he wants to be on a contender, he's making unhappy noises behind the scenes and they fear he'll walk next year.

Bishop might be a cheap replacement when Anderson gets back, if Crawford doesn't head back

Funny thing is I bet he'll suck on the Hawks.

I dunno, he's not a Top 5 goalie or anything, but he's a good goaltender. It's not that easy to find a replacement. Sure-fire goaltending prospects bust all the time. Few guys can sustain a good level of play over multiple season.

Then again, I've given up on trying to understand the Sabres organization. If I were to venture a guess, they're going to spend the next half a decade in the basement.

Anaheim is friggin ridiculous this year. They've been overshadowed because of Chicago's record chase, but they've been almost just as dominant. At this point I wouldn't be surprised to see them overtake the Hawks for first overall.

how do the duck keeping winning? even though their second line center isn't really proven? Would you say their second and third line better than canucks?

Markstrom looks great so far this season. Can definitely see why Panthers fans were so insistent in the off season about not trading for one of our goalies.

it's cuz they have selanne and ryan, both can create offense with pretty much any center

You think they're gonna keep scoring on every fifth shot?

I think the Ducks probably go out in the first round this year, I'm not big on them at all. Outside of Getzlaf and Perry, I just don't think their built for the playoffs. Big questions on D and in the net too.

Jamie Mclennan seems like a nice guy, but he is just not cut out to be a media personality. Same with Canuck turned analyst Gary Valk. They can't makes good statements well.

I don't see them go anywhere in playoff with a lack of proven number 2 center

I think MG should traded Hodgson for Ryan address both needs Duck get a number 2 center we get a winger for Kesler......but won't work as Ryan is a few year ahead and 30+ goals seasons

I don't know if you're talking about today in particular but he let in 3 goals on 13 shots...

Do you really think that was an option?
