Right, and I know what his ceiling is, but labeling a guy as "finished" off a four-minute nice is stupid if the reason for the limited ice time wasn't poor play.

no, he's not. He is not the same player he was with the Flyers and when he was with the Flyers he wasn't the same player as he was with the Yotes. The Hawks Carcillo is more like the Yotes Carcillo. Laviolette used him stupid and wrong

Uh, in terms of his offensive awareness, shooting ability, passing ability, defensive ability, etc. he is exactly the same.
As I said, he's reigned himself in and taken far less stupid penalties since coming to Chicago. Evidently you agree with me.

Don't just disagree as soon as you see my username, Bubba

It's not about you CH, it's about Carcillo here. He isn't the same guy he was with the Flyers. Laviolete used him wrong and stupid. Carcillo is more the player he is with us and he was with the Yotes.
Saw enough Flyers games back then. Dan plays different

Yes, he plays more under control. Aside from that, he's the same Carcillo. Hasn't developed any additional ability offensively or defensively. Not sure we're really disagreeing anywhere here
