Doesn't look bad at all. If I have a chance to move up I'm gonna do it.

Then where do all those businessmen come from? You know that I don't mean "customers" in the sense that you come in, stick your card into the ATM, take some money and go home. I mean business partners. Big corporations are always making deals with each other, or other smaller firms. Toronto has the same problem. Montreal does not.

That doesn't look bad but the issue is there's 6 more rows behind row 18 in the center sections. I'd imagine the bridge is much more of a factor if you're sitting in row 24.

What section do you need? Note that they didn't make screens for every section. There's like a sample view from random rows in several sections but not all.

Also, you can replace the word "front" with back, up, down, left, or right

Those are my seats. I personally don't like it and don't plan on staying in this section.

Real pain how? With prices going up I'm sure you'll still be able to sell them for $100 when you can't go...and you'll still basically break even. Doesn't sound so terrible. And with the Rangers you should be so lucky they only go up to $51. lol

I can,t see a $47 seat getting raised to $51. That seems a little excessive.
I was talking to someone I know who is affiliated with MSG and I was told that the 4% increase was across the board with basically the same % increase in all price levels not the higher percentage in the upper bowl and was suggested by some. That would not make sense anyway

Have my pair in 221, row 17 which is in the corner, was thinking about trying to go to center, and take a higher row, but maybe I will hold onto the corner seats for another year to see how the bridges affect the people sitting higher then row 17.

You're probably right...I could see $47 going to $49. That's basically 4%. Hope that it is in fact close to 4% across the board.

Well probably have it by next friday the latest im assuming. I called my rep today (Gretchen) if she calls back I will ask her. Im assuming my 73 dollar seats are going up to 76 which isn't the end of the world. If they do a 14 dollar raise next year like they did to us last year, then I dont know how much longer I will keep my seats. At this rate these seats will be a 100 bucks in about 5 years. The more they raise them the less regular season games I will go too and just keep it for the playoffs.

To keep them for the playoffs? .

I've given that point a bit of thought in my own regard.

If my face tix price is $100. In theory how much is the face on my playoff tix round 1? $150 face? Round 2? etc

If I put the tix on the exchange I add another 10% to my cost.

How much can I really expect to get in a resale?

I'm wondering if I am rapidly approaching the point of paying the playoff vig and letting others take the risks in down seasons, exhibition games, lack of demand for some games?

These thoughts never occurred to me when I was paying $30 or $40 or $50 per game.

I'm totally convinced that given MSG's pricing they would relish a SC team which would create enough surplus demand for seat licenses.
Assuming they could sell out the initial license they would be locked into full houses every year at their prices.

My regular face value last year was exactly $100, actually. (with taxes.) ECF tickets were face value at $160.

Thats. funny that you said "if your rep calls back". I also have Gretchen as a rep and she hardly ever returns phone calls. Just curious if other people who have Gretchen have the same experience.

None of them call you back. I don't think Gretchen is any worse than any of the other reps I've had in the past. They don't need to worry about customer service, all the games are sold out. Why waste money to staff a sales team when you don't need to do anything for your customers to keep them coming back.

I never had a problem getting a reply from Jeff or Nicole, by phone or e-mail

Edit: but then again, it was mostly about my payments... they want their money lol

A little bit different considering you have 100 dollar face tickets, if that was me which I can't afford as im only 23, I would have to drop that. My point is 2 years ago vs the caps I paid 130 for game 4 tickets so I thought why should I pay 130 when if I had my own pair I could have went to 2 playoff games for the price of 1. If I dropped my seasons now and I wanted to go to a playoff game in every round buying off stubhub or other STH I would obviously be paying way more and Id kick myself in the butt for giving it up. If the Rangers ever would ever to get to the finals and if I wanted to go to a game 5 and 7 or a game 6 the price I would have to pay is 100s over face when if I just had seasons I coulda went to every game in the finals at face. That is really going to be the only point worth staying IMO and im sure others feel the same.
