Top 3 things Habs need to work on:

1. Penalty Killing
2. Faceoffs
3. Protecting Leads

HM. Powerplay...right now it's scoring but the shooting% is unsustainable.

Stripped Smith of the puck in the offensive zone, with less than a minute left in the third, and set up Galchenyuk for a scoring chance - he hit the post.

That was one of many solid plays by Eller tonight.

1. More Eller
2. Less Gionta
3. Better PK

Fixed it for you

Dans le vestiaire, le "nouveau" PK a lui-même mentionné ses 7 revirements ce soir.

During the post-game interview, PK himself admits to his 7 turnovers.

Their defense was having alot of issues with the habs forwards. Even on the boards, the habs agility was giving them fits, and they couldn't pin them, and it eventually took its toll.

I think the 3rd period was the product of the habs wearing them down, and forcing them to take stick/free hand infractions. It's hard to argue most of those calls if you look at it rationally.

I'm sure its frustrating as heck for the opposing fans to watch. Alot of them will look for an excuse and call it diving, but that's to be expected.

Having said that I thought the habs got away with a big interference play in OT. That would be a more rational point of discussion rather than a silly blanket statement.

Oh yeah, we're now only 5 points behind the Blackhawks.

We'll get them too.

Ok now for the rest of the game

-Subban was fantastic (again) tonight
-Markov came out flying and was solid the rest of the wat
-I liked the DD line tonight
-Pateryn going back down, liked his stint in the big leagues, he was solid
-Galch is snakebitten but he's playing with confidence, his shot is getting more accurate.
-Price was meh but we're a better team than before so as much as we'd want him to SO the competition every night he's bound to have bad nights. He's earned the right to have the benefit of the doubt. Have faith.
-Ryder annoyed me just a bit in his own end, but I'm not surprised.
-Emelin has to use his slapper, his wrister has no power.

Not the best win but a W is a W. Sorry Senaturds

Easier to talk about it when your team won. He still played great though.

Nice win but it was not the prettiest.
Way too many turnovers IMO.
Another average start by Price.

Eller was great.
The whole plek's line sucked . Ryder had a particularly rough game.

Now I understand that BGally is becoming a fan's favorite but you certainly can question his 3rd star tonight. If had to chose a star on his line I would have picked DD who had a strong game IMO.

Man is Subban spectacular on the PP ? His shot is so accurate this year. I don't think he missed the net tonight.

Finally I had a tought for Julien and Bruins fans tonight as I must admit that there were some cases of embellishment by our boys in this game.

We should all send e-mails or tweets to RDS asking to fire him.

Eller looks more and more like a top line player every game. What a great trade that is looking like, really grabbed a diamond there.

Figured as much.. I bet one of them has 22 in his username since all he does is complain about the refs favoring the Habs during Habs games.. The guy sounds like a broken record.

Yup. As of late he hasn't looked himself at all, especially in the defensive zone.
