Allen stood out times for me. The frst one was when he got beaten 1 on 1 on that goal which was called off. The second time, i noticed him defending Etem in front of the net when Wild players were seeking revenge on Perry hit.
I hope he gets better, but i wouldn`t call him horrible either.

Cogs and Etem looks very nice on PK

We sucked for 2 periods and used some black magic or something to come up with a win in a regulation.

A lot of our players were worned out on PK.

Teemu, however, looked very bad. A lot of mistakes even in a very good opportunities. He needs to sit some games, imo. He`s 42, it`s obvious he would need more rest than others. That kind of play, making mistakes, more often than not also leads to injuries.

Hiller was great!

Ryan is snake bitten

Allen had a strong game. 6 blocked shots and no egregious bonehead plays I can remember. Getzlaf looked good but seemed tired, he was busting his ass on the PK and I think it wore him down. Cogliano with another strong game - someone said it somewhere else that he and Etem make for a very dangerous pair on the PK, they had a lot of offensive zone time on the 5 minute kill.

I agree about Getzlaf. He was tired but still played his heart out. *****'s absence is huge since he can really eat up the defensive minutes well.

Bonino appears to be a large part of why the 1st PP has had such good possession as well. You have to think he broke a bone or really messed up an ankle to get thrown on IR like that.

Cogliano had a great game, he was probably the stand out.

Also how many times has bobby ryan been robbed this season?
I was thinking the same thing. It was like deja vu watching him get robbed from the same spot, and make the same expression after he realized what happened.

Bobby doesn't elevate the puck enough usually. I don't know if that was the case on that particularly play, but it often is.

I feel that was the case from the shot last night, but that Smith scorpion was straight up robbery.
