If IU is going to hang their 5th banner, they better do it this year. Will take a big step back next season

I guess I'm rooting for Wisconsin over Michigan, really don't want to get stuck on the 8/9 line which Illinois almost certainly will unless Wisconsin can get up to a 5, maybe have Michigan fall back to a 4.

Best part of that show happens at 5:00 on Thursdays.
Yeah, that does happen. They get pissed at one or two guys and it's a shooting gallery. Bill James could call it with the invention of Sabremetrics (let's assume it just started today) and they would laugh at him and hang up. It's funny though. But yeah, who doesn't want to sock those guys sometimes.

I wonder if the guy below runs that account.

Nothing is worse than a Notre Dame football/Duke basketball fan as far as being a "die-hard" goes, in my opinion.

"Tell me about Duke football and/or Notre Dame basketball."

"I know nothing."

Totally false.

I said that I was a U of I fan until I was officially going to another school and would follow the progress of the other schools I was looking at so if I wound up going there, I would not be totally clueless about the program when I arrived.

I never, ever rooted for Mizzou, IU, and Kansas. I also never will since I am going to the school I have always wanted in U of I. You also said that was "completely understandable," too, so I win.

It's funny how the World Baseball Classic is a huge deal in other countries but no one in the US gives a ****. I've been watching some of the games on the MLB Network

Javier Baez hits walkoff 2R HR. #Cubs win, 7-5 over Japan

#Cubs Javier Baez told Welington Castillo, who was on deck: "You're not hitting" and then hit walkoff 2R HR for win over Japan.
