wouldnt shock me if Olesz ends up back in Florida.
Tallon hated him

Hawks never gave him legit look and only wanted Olesz so they could dump Campbell crippling contract

Olesz is a good example of a player who should be in NHL but his horrid contract has hurt him

After Hawks buy him out in summer (Likely scenario) I wont be surprised if a team signs him cheaply pretty quick

We should claim Olesz then trade him to Florida for Campbell

Rangers fan in peace.

Nice to know that with realignment, we'll only be seeing you guys 4 times a year... gotta have that home-and-home with Edmonton, though! And Detroit can't ever have a road game start late!

Chicago has been dominating the 3rd. They haven't scored. Much of that is on Bobrovsky, regardless of any defensive breakdowns. He's bailing out his team and giving them a chance to win or at least get a point.

Must be nice.

Edit: Hossa was blatantly pushing on Bobrovsky earlier. Chicago has been sneakily interfering with him for a while, likely out of frustration. They just got called for it.

Good lord, really?

I wasn't 100% if he'd get a suspension, but I thought a fine was a sure thing. But a 2 minute penalty? That has the potential to end a guy's career.

Brent Burns recorded a goal and an assist in his game since being converted to a forward.

Burns was orginally drafted as a forward in 2003.

Probably should have kept him there.

Jacques Lemaire switched him to defense once he got into the NHL with Minnesota during the 03-04 season.

I think he's effective either way. He can still play the point on the PP.

In all seriousness, though, what a goal by Kane. His stickhandling is insane.

I think if I were in nets against Kane on a shootout, I'd wait for him to get within 10', then launch myself at his skates. I wouldn't even watch the puck.
