if they lose this game, the GDT music might need to be changed to:

^ If we are opting for the classical genre, I'm in for Ravel's "Bolero."

If we're going for "Bolero," we might as well dive into the Meat Loaf version used to open their live shows. It would transition directly into Bat Out Of Hell.

Good job, Beefy. I'll leave Jeck Beck's "Bolero" for Mr. Kurri if he so chooses.

I want Seth Jones too. But c'mon "destroyed", show some pride. Anyway this will probably be the last straw before our mini-rebuild/sell-off begins. Question is who goes where and for what?

Flyers score first, are battling hard this time. As the Devils tighten it up and even the score everything is breaking apart again because the Flyers are mentally fragile right now. I hope I'm wrong with my assessment.

I they lose, Bryz's quote of them being done is going to be asked by every reporter (and Tim P. twice) to every player, coach, gm, and Snider if available to interview.

Speaking as someone who's had the pleasure of watching Seth a number of times this season, I would love to see him as a Flyer. But Jesus, dude. "I hope we get destroyed"? First off, getting "destroyed" by the Devils hardly lands us Seth Jones. It's one game. Root for your team, for ****'s sake.

Go Flyers!!!

Seriously, the math just doesn't work in our favour now. Bryz was wrong. The three losses to Pitt, NYR and Boston toasted us. A 15-5 run is not in this team right now.

I am not that worried about the long term. They may decide to buy Bryz out, or not, and Kimmo will be back, but Homer should start getting ready for the deadline early by dealing Briere first, since he'll b hardest to move.

Eg. Briere only accepts Boston, we can't wait until they get someone else first, for example, someone like Iginla or it will be too late. Not expecting much return, but a good prospect and pick or two will do.

Fedotenko goes next, vet acquired for playoff depth not required.

Talbot? Love him, but for a team needing his character, we might get something good.

Meszaros? Hard to say if he's tradeable, but can't help the health issues.

Obviously if anyone wants Foster, Gervais or Knuble, they can have them too.

Gagne? Well, unless they re-up him now for next year, which is not a given, he could go too for a late 3rd pick.

NO to: trading ANY of our young guys or top prospects or Dpicks now for a quick fix. There is no quick fix.

Sign a couple good college UFAs now, since we have a couple spots available. Sign more when the rest of our expiring contracts leave.

On July 1st, see what's out there for a D and a G, if Bryz is bought out. Offer someone like Smid more than Edmonton can pay. Start again next year with a great core and a handful of new top prospects.
