One loss closer to being sellers . At what point does the dismantling of this gutless bunch begin .Really not looking forward to much more of Richards , Gaborik , PYatt , Boyle , ASHAM or MDZ . Love to sell off some players for prospects and picks and go into next season with a new coach new players and a fresh outlook . The team that played fearless and over achieved last year turned into soft as pudding wimps

Send a message via AIM to Fire Sather
If we get through 10 minutes without trailing I'll be shocked

How could you not know? They're a mid level team that needs to recover depth and dump two massive wastes in Gabs and Richards and PRAY that prospects like Kreider, Fasth, Lindberg and McI are ready to contribute and Miller develops further we desperately need the depth.

Orpik

Orpik on Kreider .Do we let Haley have a go at him tomorrow or do we let them know in the warm up that we are going to make Neal or Letang pay the price ? Or...do we just let it go and be nice team to play for 2 points ???

Clown Torts isn't one to retaliate . A good coach like Paul Maclean would .
Earlier someone posted about how this isn't 2002 well it isn't 2004 either . Time for Torts to go

So the question is, do we want to prioritize winning the game, or avenging a clean hit from two months ago on a player not good enough to be on the current team?

It's an easy one for me.

Hopefully with Bylsma out coaching Torts he gets fired after the game. I'm sick of him not adjusting

A real TEAM could accomplish both . Until bonding happens...guys will continue to stop in NY and pick up a check and check out when the going gets tough or we buy them out .Easiest place to play , get rich and live like royalty without breaking a sweat...the Sather NYR Legacy !

One observation is the NYR lack of sticking up for each other clean hit or dirty is one of the things missing this year . I know last years galvanized bunch took offense to borderline hits immediately . In fact when they decided to take the high road against OTT , th ended up in a 7 game war which took a lot out if them and ultimately could have cost them a chance at the cup .

I have been blasting the team for 24 hours now.

We turn the season around this game. We turn it way around. First shut out of the sesaon, 3-0 Rangers, EN. Nash/Pyatt, Torts stays as coach, we go 16-5-3 to finish the season, versus Senators the 1st round.

So one way of possibly winning the game is going out and trying to beat the crap ou if the other team , and not by staged fights but by taking the body hard and finishing every check . Heck by taking a few runs at their players maybe they get off their game. NYR way too easy to play against .

Dubi would have been at Orpik if he was a Ranger and on the ice in that game and if not...he would have done it in the game tomorrow . Coaches don't tell guys to do this stuff...a galvanized TEAM takes it upon itself to clean up loose ends . It's ONE game guys...it is time to grow some kahoonas and get into the nasty stuff with these slew footing cheap shot artists . Cooke, Crosby , Orpik all are owed some misery...Haley , Bickel and AA give it .

I predict that if there is a loss attained by the NYR, the 4 most active threads will be:

Trade thread
Torts/Sather thread
Marian Gaborik
PGT

Exactly make the most money play the most Golf . No one this season embodies that more than Brad " WADE " Richards . His fragile psyche , weak on the puck , blind drop pass pink polo collar popped buck tooth looks can't be gone soon enough . No wonder Olivia Munn dumped him , if his stamina in the sack was anything like wht he's got on the ice
