Should have won in regulation tonight, but won in the SO.

Just curious, does anyone know why Hanson wasn't playing tonight? Not an injury I hope... Also Bourque was great tonight. I love seeing him in the P-Bruins, like him a lot but he's just not cut out for that position in Boston. But he's awesome here.

Love hearing it about Bourque. Seems he lacks little, but sufficient NHL size. His hands and hustle opened my eyes while he was up.

Agreed, if he could learn how to win those board battles in spite of his side, he`d find a home in the NHL. Marchand is about the same size isn`t he? Marchand more often than not wins most of the board battles.

Often size determines who`ll win one, other times, smarts, will win some, I`m sure Bourque has the will, just has never figured out how to win them

Bourque, Spooner, Camper, and the Mackinnon line were all very good last night. Krug is really slick on D, and Bartkowski was impressive as well. Kid is great at starting the breakout.

Svedberg was a hell of a find by Chia and co.

Glad to hear they're only minor injuries/illnesses.

Keep on cruizn'....5-2 win tonight in Springfield. Spoons increases his team lead in points to 43 with a goal and assist. MacKinnon with two goals, Sauve (9) and Florek (9) the other scores. Svedberg in goal.

Morrison was sent back down as far as I know, it was only an emergency thing that worked itself out

keep an eye on Spooner folks- feeling he may be ready to turn it up a level. I was so busy trying to both defend and decry Matt Hendricks actions- that I never got on to post yesterday this view. Well, according to a friend at the game and who belongs here Spooner was all that yesterday

I agree on Svedberg- and Krug is going to be on Boston next year imo; he's getting healthy and playing very well; lot of poise and high hockey IQ

Yes ... can't wait to see him put his time in there and have him on Causeway for good . It would be a huge mistake if Chia traded him / let him go .

One step closer to the Koko-Spooner-Knight combo I've been waiting for.

Providence won 3-1 today.

First pro point for Fallstrom, and a goal and an assist for Spooner.
Hutch stopped 26 out of 27

Sauve (Cohen, Fallstrom)
Spooner (Krug, Miller)
Mink (Spooner, Exelby)

Fallstrom looked good, made some smart plays and stayed within himself. He's got a reach like Florek and Mikko Lehtonen.

6 point weekend is amazing, considering all the blueliners appeared drunk all weekend. I have never seen so many turnovers and guys falling down. Cohen was responsible for Manchester's one goal today on a play where he should have easily cleared the zone with the puck. Just awful.

He'll already starting to skate. Its only a matter of time. Boston staff must have fixed whatever the lingering hammy issue since taking over from the Prov staff.

This isn't a Sauve situation with Knight. No worries

Honestly I really hope we don't see it, because Spooner Needs to be in the NHL.

they can't just play with the gaping hole in the Bruins lineup

Spooner won't get the minutes up with the big club. That's how Julien rolls. What good is Spooner up here playing 2 minutes when he can play more down at the Dunk and improve his game?
