Bob McKenzie@TSNBobMcKenzie

Based on my conversations with NHL clubs, consensus top 3 college free agents are: DeKeyser, D, WMU; Sustr, D, UNO; Laganiere, RW, Yale.

I believe Dreger tweeted that Sustr is close to signing with a team.

McKenzie also said that Laganiere has "3rd or 4th line upside." So if the biggest forward prize on the NCAA free agent circuit is a depth forward at best, there's probably nothing to see here folks.

He can't since his team is in the playoffs and at this point they are slated to be in the frozen four tourny.

Other NCAA FA's may start signing after this weekend as their season will be over.

aside from DeKeyser the main interest I would have for the Habs would be one of the FA goalies. The problem is most are still underclassman so we don't know when they will want to turn pro yet.

Send a message via MSN to WeThreeKings
We don't need any pro-level D free agents unless they are Schultz calibre
