He's small, but can score. Good price and length for him.

in a shootout could a goalie lay his stick down in front of the net?

Like on the goal line or the top of the crease? If it's the goal line, most likely the puck will push it into the net and they'll score anyway.

I'd say no. Wouldn't it be along the lines of throwing your stick? Also, most goalies aren't used to playing without a stick.

Buffalo sent Mikhail Grigorenko back down to Juniors. What a horrible way to use his first year of his ELC.

Buffalo is kind of a joke right now anyways. Grigs didn't do **** in the first 5 games, he should of been sent down.

Eh, that can be over-rated, depending on the progression of the player, can't it?

If he doesn't end up breaking out until year 3 of his ELC, he'll likely cost a bit less to re-sign than if he had two good years of production, right?

What a steal, so long he keeps progressing as he's been. Why can't we draft defenseman like that

LOL Don't count on getting that #1 pick. The Oilers are going for 4 in a row. I kinda feel bad for them.

Buddy of mine played with TJ Brennan, said he had the hardest clapper he'd ever seen.

They should implement a limit on the amount of 1st overalls one team can get in consecutive years. Something like cannot have more the 1st overall more than 2 years in a row. It's ridiculous one team gets it 3 years in a row and has a chance on making it 4 in a row. Oiler fans must be getting impatient.

Watching the Pens and Rangers. The Pitt announcers are the worst.

It's starting to become a joke how bad they've been for last 5 years. Tambellini's the worst GM in the league.
