Dubs is not a good goalie. He is part of the problem.

I know. I was trying to appease the guy a bit. He is worse than most teams' back-ups, and probably would be in the AHL on 20 other teams in the NHL.

It's an absolute joke that Kronwall gets credited for the goal. NHL needs to implement OG (own goals) NOW. Clear own goals should be marked as own goals and put on the players stats sheet

What's the ****ing reason for the NHL to have the "last player on the opposition who touched it gets credited for the goal". Pathetic by the league.

It was bad but things happen. It's not like Ryan O'byrne, Vlasic, Boyle, N Backstrom and others haven't paved the way for the own goal in the past. And it wasn't as bad as Toskala getting scored on from 200FT.

He probably feels like something scrapped off a shoe this morning though. I bet he won't live it down anytime soon.

Not sure what to say... A brutal play.
His blown coverage in OT was awful also.
I had bigger expectations for Petry...

Dan Boyle would be a perennial 40 goal scorer.

This is what they mean by sacrificing defense for offense.

Cause lets say a team has made playoffs and the team wants to pad a players stats and beat Gretzkys records. Lets score 40 goals in one game on our own goalie. That's should be fun.

Great..............no one has a good reason for it to be like it is now.. just get an OG stat out there.. this is embarassing.

...you make it sound like own goals are happening every game. You're a little fired up about a completely unimportant issue.
