I honest to God can't recall the last time I got drunk. It's kind of sad. Although tomorrow will change because of my friends birthday and I'm terrified to go over.

You rebel you.

I date a hockey coach and now I can't dabble in recreational party fun.

Now I bake gluten free protein treats and feel good about myself. lol

I wish I had the resources to make these. I've been stuck with canned tuna, protein powder, chicken, tomatoes, quinoa, wraps, eggs, almond milk, turkey bacon for the last like forever

Does tears of joy count?
What about a guy who just really like Ducks?

I am understanding that the tears of joy wont count, will have to bring up something Gardiner/Schultz related im assuming . If that doesnt work, you may have to wait until Perry leaves in FA. It's a seasonal delicacy

there are a few bandwagoners popping up so you wont have to go far

This works too but you have to have a Pagan style ritual offering to the Duck god while listening to the Duck Song.

I make a lot of muffins/cupcakes.

I need more specifics, like flavours.

I missed the Millionaires game to do more volunteer work for the Clippers.

We're now up 2 - 0 versus Alberni Valley and have a stranglehold on the series. I was disappointed that I had to miss the Millionaires game, but in hindsight I guess it wasn't so bad after all.

SNL had been in the dumps for a while now...
But huge SNL show tonight.
So many stars...
Like Steve Martin, Tom Hanks, Justin Timberlake, Alec Baldwin, Dan Aykroyd...
It's probably the best show in a while.

You sir are a week behind the times. Was a great episode though. JT always delivers.

Was that a rerun?
I haven't watched SNL in over 2 years now.
Just flipped it on by accident.
Was it a special occasion or something?

No, not a special episode. They just always seem to put in some extra effort for Timberlake.

Once the weather improves try this: (amounts are approximate since I can't remember the exact recipe)

Take a blender, fill to 3 cup line with ice and add water up to the 3 cup mark
1 scoop chocolate whey
1-2tbsp splenda/other sweetener equivalent (add more/less depending on how sweet you want it
2-3tsp of cocoa powder (depending on sweetness level again, more or less)
some vanilla extract (probably dont want more than 1tsp)
add a bit of cream or milk depending on your flavour preference

Blend that sucker up and enjoy your protein ice cap-ish thing

Ive experimented with microwave protein brownies too, but I could never get it quite right. All I will say is whatever you do don't use the egg yolk and beat your egg whites or else it will have the consistency of a rubber tire. Generally recipes call for something like 1 scoop whey, 1-2 beaten egg whites, a bit of sweetener (honey or sugar, etc). Maybe some milk and butter if you want it

I've mostly done things with just the shakes themselves (weightlifter here), but when it comes to flavours, generally chocolate goes well with peanut butter (which i can't eat ), other nuts, bananas, milk, maybe cherries if you bake them in. Sometimes a little added vanilla or maple extract can mix it up a bit

Vanilla is great because it gives you more options for additives. You can use just about any fruit (mango, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, kiwi, etc etc) as well as add hints of chocolate for a cookies and cream effect or maple or just about any other flavour.

Optimal Nutrition has tons of flavours of protein you could try using, all I can say is their mocha cappuccino is underrated and their delicious strawberry isnt so delicious... the taste of the whey you use is going to make the biggest flavour difference, the rest comes down to finding a way to use the stupid stuff to cook

Good luck!

St. Patty's Day and no booze for me. Sick with the flu all weekend long. Had it all planned out and everything; even booked vacation for the next two days at work.

Mbllgph. Rrrrgmph. Ick.
