This better not be DW's "big change".

Tarasov has been playing well in the AHL. Have to think he is the next call up...

I believe these are contracts starting for the 13/14 season which would mean Tarasov is still not eligible for call up this season if I'm not mistaken.

Not a chance unless they sign him for this season...

SJ finally using their heads...they signed a couple players they were unsure of to AHL deals instead of NHL ELCs to see if they had what it took to be potential NHL players. Don't be surprised if Adam Comrie is signed to an ELC at some point in the near future.

DW will trade Tarasov during the off-season. Can't go into 2013-14 with a Russian on the roster, now can we?

The new owners implemented a Russian affirmative action program.

Comrie looks sick too. Hope they do.

So Tierney is either on SJ or London next year right? He can't play in the AHL until 20 right?

Correct, but he can play in the AHL once his junior season is over and no matter the number of games he plays a season does not tick off his ELC...

Do you think he will?

Also, any word on if Nieto will report to Worcester after BU's season is done? He still needs to be signed, yeah?

Definitely, I was really worried they were going to somehow mess up getting him signed

Nieto (or any other collegian, drafted or free agent) cannot even begin negotiations until their season is done.

Nieto can't sign a contract until his BU season is over...should know his plans relatively quickly once BU is done.

An the WorSharks have to still be playing hockey for Tierney to be able to join them as London should go very deep in the playoffs.

Yeah London is a good team. Two Sharks picks on that team Tierney and Justin Sefton.

I have no idea if he will because I've never had a reason to ask...if he's healthy no reason to think he wouldn't, even if just to practice and be around the team.

I have asked about Nieto but there hasn't been any comment made.

I'm pretty sure they can negotiate whenever they want...although once they sign on the dotted line their NCAA eligibility is over (even an ATO).

San Jose can sign him but it won't be to an ELC.

He originally signed with Florida but his contract got "terminated" last year.
