The way the Canucks are playing right now makes me miss the Messier days.

I'm debating whether to watch this game or watch paint dry.
Tough choice.

That little toilet could apply to a lot of points along the Canucks' continuum. Just saying...

And anyway, wooo another Minnesota game. Yeah. Right on. Awesome.

On the other hand, I hope the guys in the unis actually want to make the playoffs, preferably as a top 3 seed in the west. So...uh...maybe they should start playing like it.

Yeah.

Canucks vs Wild games are usually a sleepfest, but I'm actually excited for this one, we control our destiny.

We win, we stay NW leaders, we lose, goes to Minny.

speaking of minnesota, tonight i watched the timberwolves (a team with only four black guys, only one of which is a starter) play the new orleans hornets (who the entire game i thought were the charlotte bobcats). it was a two point game, came right down to the buzzer and still i basically snoozed through the entire thing.

and i would rather watch that game again than tomorrow night's wild game.

You must get easily excited then. There's ~20 games left to decide the winner of the division. If it was the last game of the season I'd be a bit excited. Besides, Minnesota already has the division for themselves right now.

I thought AV said that they would call someone up.
Maybe they'll use a d-man as a forward for this game, who knows.

Aaron Rome traded to Vancouver at noon, arrives at Rogers Arena in time to suit up as our 2nd-line RW

Ah okay, would be cool to see Jensen for a game or two but obviously way too soon

Barker seems like a logical choice if we're moving a D up to forward though

Sweatt was scratched tonight for the wolves, probably injured but what if he is our call up? Left wing, faster then booth & an equally terrible finisher.

Still doesn't solve the boring games, I mean, after all, the Canucks still play in them.

Suter is on fire: 14 points in his last 10 games. Wild are playing well, Canucks are not. But who knows with this team. Maybe that just means they'll throw out the rare good performance. I have no expectations.

I have a good feeling about this game, no reason why but I feel this will be an exciting game. Division lead on the line should make more some increased tension.

I dunno what the lines will be so I'll take a shot of what I want them to be (not necessarily what AV will do). Will be interesting to see who they call up, my guess is either Archibald or Sweatt.

Sedins-Burrows
Hansen Higgins Raymond
Sweatt/Archibald-Ebbett-Kassian
Sestito-Lapierre-Pinizzotto

Hamhuis Garrison
Edler Tanev
Ballard Bieksa

Schneider

Now that would be fun to watch, add a little life to our squad. It seems to be working for Ottawa
