Gaborik - Richards - Nash top line at AM skate

Torts, the answer is simple when it comes to Gaborik. MOVE HIM BACK TO THE RIGHT WING.

I suspect that line remains in tact for about a period tonight. Torts should go back to Hagelin - Stepan - Nash. It's like he actually forgot, literally washed it from his memory how good that line was.

Both Leonard and Gross have listed the line as Nash-Richards-Gaborik. Not sure why you're getting fired up.

Leonard's tweet has Gabs on the left. I didn't see Gross's tweet before I posted. I guess we'll have to wait and see when the game starts.

Lesser known but equally good Patrick Kearns also has Gab on the left.

But you're right, I should show more patience.

Nash needs to be with Stepan and Hags. That line actually generated offense.

Let Gaborik and Richards figure it out together, and don't mess up the thing that works.

Gross was also listing it as Nash - Richards - Gaborik early in the season when Gaborik was on LW.

They better have a good start tonight, enough with the crappy 1st periods and then have an amazing 2nd. Lets keep it good through 60 minutes tonight and we should get the win!

I say 3-1 Rangers bounce back win.

Hags 2 goals Halpern with his 1st (EN)

If Gaborik is on the left still ill throw a tantrum. Nash can be effective on eithe side because of his play style.

If the Rangers lose again, the panic button will be pushed and Madison Square Garden will become a hostile zoo, filled with booing and "FIRE TORTORELLA".

Over/Under 3 minutes before the first GA is scored?

Over. Feeling confident.

They should have the lines Nash-Richards-Cally, Hags-Step-Gabby. Stepan should be able to get Gabby going.

Oh, and I saw it was tweeted that Hank was the first goalie off the ice...figures. Torts will make him play tonight AND tomorrow. SMH

Sometimes I wish they would allow fans into the locker rooms before games. Especially against division rivals If that doesn't get the team fired up, nothing will

Can we please put Stepan back with Nash and hags? But no. Torts is too stubborn.

#NYR Judging from Rangers morning skate, front-loaded top line of Gaborik-Richards-Nash will be reunited tonight vs. CAR
Carry on the panic.

10:57AM: The Rangers say on twitter that Henrik Lundqvist is the first goalie off the ice and will likely start tonight.

Lundqvist is starting....

A win tonight is a must b/c to lose tonight then have to turn around and play the Devils tomorrow with absolutely no confidence at all would not be good. Rangers need a convincing win tonight like the one they had against the Capitals last week. Hopefully Marty comes up big tonight and more importantly hopefully the Rangers can score some goals.

Does Torts shorten the bench to 2 lines like in the last back to back in order to try an eek a win at the cost of the game tomorrow ?

Really need Staal back ASAP IMHO.
