Damn

I hated on Hayes in the other threads.

But take a hell of alot of skill to pull that move and lift the puck

How often would we see Brouwer fail to lift the put in those situations

Kane nice feed to Hayes, alone infront of the net, after a COL turnover. Jayes spun and put a backhand home.

Dman pinched on Bickell, leading to a 2-on-1 with Stalberg/Shaw.. Stalberg dished to Shaw, who got off a quick shot and beat Varlamov high.

Let's score another one here while they are winded. Great cycling by that first line.

The COL feed had a picture of Stamkos as Lecavalier for the youngest captains in NHL history segment, otherwise known as the, "We named Landeskog the captain too soon" part of the show.

Rookie mistake by Saad to intercept that pass was meant for Hossa. He won't make that one again.

Hayes really isn't a bad skater, just not graceful looking.

Anyone else feel like Jayes could step into that 3rd line next year in place of Bickell or Stalber and not miss a beat?

I have always thought Malkin is one of the worst-looking skaters on the ice today, but nobody complains about him. Big guys just don't look pretty on the move.

Toews no points so far but IMO, easily best player on the ice tonight.

Bickell, yes. Doesn't bring the same game as Stalberg, but he could definitely fill the Bickell-potential hole.

Agreed, people assume he isn't fast because he is an ugly skater, but he is actually pretty fast.
