The Bridge is going to be as dead as this team on Thursday night.

What a nightmare- I wish I didn't care so much. We have truly hit rock bottom- its one thing to not be able to score, but our defense is just shockingly bad- and even Pekka is not making big saves anymore (not blaming him though).

I don't know why, but for me hockey is such a more demoralizing sport when your team stinks and you are getting killed. Every goal allowed is like a hard punch to the gut......

And to make it worse for me, we already have a trip planned to come up from Birmingham for Saturday's game- unfortunately.

No, he hasn't. Maybe he's injured? Don't recall him doing anything to warrant a benching. He's been just as bad as everyone else

Have to say I agree with this- its hard to blame him- he has carried us for so long- but he looks shell shocked to me- not making big saves anymore......

For just scoring his first career NHL goal, Mueller looked pretty depressed when the camera panned on him.

He's been a big part of the problem on this road trip for sure.

I think he's being overworked. Plus, just losing confidence in our inept offense. He seems to do well in the beginning of games, but then when we fail to score as the game goes on, he lets in a softie and seems like he gives up.

18 games left before we can remove the paperbag from our head and look forward to next year.

This is what pisses me off. They always wait until we're down multiple goals and then actually kick it up a notch and try to play harder.

The opponent is letting up as well and allowing goals they normally wouldn't had they only been up by 1. We always allow 1 more goal then we should and lose. All these late goals do is make it look like we have offense when we don't.
