McGin has one assist and one goal in the last 14 games playing with Duchene and Parenteau. He's been pretty much invisible lately.

I'd rather play him with Stastny than scratching him, to see if that can help him going.

I can't imagine what kind of insanity makes a coach scratch O'Brien over Zanon. I guess Zanon's bald head is the hill Sacco will die on.

Call me crazy but I like the Jones and Mcginn scratches. Jones is pretty self explanatory and McGinn just hasn't been producing. Maybe he has a minor injury or something though.

Guys, Zanon blocks shots. That's what he was brought in to do. Give him credit for that haha

Jones I don't mind so much. McGinn is one that I do. He may not be putting up points, but he still does contribute to the line. He isn't useless in a bottom 6 role either. For this game it isn't like we will need Bordy's 3 minutes more than McGinn playing 13.

I also dislike the SOB scratch, he has played better than Hunwick, ROB, and Zanon.

So we can't score consistently, so we take two guys out of the lineup that have the ability to score, albeit haven't been doing it much this season but still have that ability. That makes perfect sense

So basically instead of mixing up the lines and keeping in the 2 scorers we bench them in favor of Olver and Bordeleau. That makes lots of sense if you live in Sacco world.

I'm fine with benching Jones in favor of Olver as Jones has been miserable all season. But not switching McGinn to another line before benching him is ********.

I'm also interested to see the lines tonight, I have a bad feeling that Sacco took PAP away from Duchene. I bet we see Landeskog and Duchene together.

McGinn isn't like Jones, who when he's not scoring is a completely useless player. Ginner is tenacious on the forecheck, makes D move the puck quick, and his shot always has to be respected. He still does good things to help us win hockey games.

Stastny should get a scratching pretty soon, IMO.

It is all about effort and playing hard for Sacco. He does not care for talent or creativity. He wants to see you dive in order to block shots or he wants to see you hit everything that moves.

Talent, calm collected plays or creativity is nothing that gets rewarded by Sacco.

Yep that one SHG by Landy showed Sacco everything he needed to know.

Move McGinn down from the first line, but don't scratch him ffs. He is very useful even when he doesn't score.

The jones scratch is basically coming too late. And O'Brien? Zanon, O'Byrne and Hunwick have been worse.

Jamie is failing to produce on the scoresheet but at least he brings something to the table when he isn't scoring which isn't the case with Jones.

Sacco is really desperate right now.
McGinn should've gotten time with Staz and Hedgie, and Palushaj with Dutchy and PAP.
Then roll with O'Reilly, Lando and Mitchell on the 3rd, with McLeod, Olver and Koby on the 4th.
Scartch Bordy and Jones.
On D, scratch Zanon or O'Byrne and put Elliott with Hejda, Johnson with O'Brien (best of the worst) and have the Hunwick-O'Byrne/Zanon pairing play only 10minutes.

It isn't difficult unless your name is Sacco.

I would just scratch everyone and call up the AHL. Would keep everyone fresh for next year, and would guarantee a #1 pick unless they lose the lotto.
