Agree.. Smith needs time down there, get him some goals and confidence. Bring up Fraser for an extended period.

You mean his first game up this season when he scored?

Well, that alone is not going to work. We need to keep sucking up until the deadline so management FINALLY wakes the **** up and realizes they have no shot at the post-season this year. I'd say two more reg. losses on home-ice against the Avs and Wild should do the trick.

They've given Smith 26 or 27 games to find some chemistry. There is no reason why Fraser shouldn't get at least 10 games to show what he can do. Putting Vincour in the line up wouldn't be terrible. Neither Smith or Vincour have shown the ability to score in the NHL, but at least Vincour can win puck battles.

Vincour has and always will be a bottom six player. He thinks the game incredibly well which is why he puts up numbers in the AHL. Way different up with the big boys, but he can absolutely hang

Or in some weird freaking way they win a few in a row. JN convinced they can make it and don't trade anyone. Then go back to sucking again.

I picture that happening.

Honestly, we could easily be looking at a top 5 spot with our April schedule looming.

From here on out...
@LA, COL, MIN, MIN, LA, ANA, @ANA, @ANA, @SJ, LA, @NSH, SJ, @CHI, VAN, @STL, @LA, @SJ, CBJ, DET

Absolute brutal remaining schedule.

Hmm, well, he's shown he has a wicked shot. Smith, other than his draft position, has done nothing to deserve like 25 or whatever more games and a regular spot over Fraser. Also don't see anything wrong with bringing up Sceviour or Vincour. Vincour is a rock solid player. Frankly he's more useful than Smith(in his current state) and scores just as much(I.E. not much).

Regardless, it's not even about who can replace him. It's about what's best for Smith's development as much as anything.

Exactly what someone who is more concerned about keeping his job than bettering the team would do.

Makes no sense ... Gully is clearly pissed ... he's been pissed in this stretch of 10 losses in 16 games ... and they keep throwing the same damn players out there. Only a handful of ****ing games did they try a new guy like Fraser .... ****ing anyone.

The only reason I want Jagr to be traded is simply for the fact that he doesn't deserve to be on a team that is this bad.

We would be even worse in the hole if it wasn't for him this season.

Missed this one, glad I did, too.

Its funny, didn't we go undefeated in 90 games or something like that, when leading after two?

Pretty sure we've lost in regulation at least three times this season alone, despite being up after 40.

I just don't get this team. I really don't.

The guy had no idea how bad this Dallas team truly is.

Did anyone actually see what happened to Whitney? He just can't stay healthy... Its too bad because they are a lot more fun to watch with him out there.
