Just hoping for a good effort. And hopefully Kuikov can knock off the rust pretty quick.

It's all about what the kids can do at this point and who wants to prove they want to be here (i.e. Matthias). I will not root against them, always want them to win and it's not like I have control over it. I'm OK either way at this point but it always feels good to win.

Remember, for those on the tank bandwagon, we're pretty far behind the ball at this point so it'd be hard not to finish near the bottom and plus this is the first year where everyone who misses the playoffs has a chance to win the #1 pick in the lottery.

I want the Cats to win tonight...for no other reason than to see Tort's head explode in the post-game interview.

Despite not being upset if we lose these days due to the draft, I still always like to see them beat teams that I don't necessarily like. This is a case tonight with the Rangers. Yes, that definitely adds reason to win! I have been loving his post-game rampages lately with the Rangers recent pverall downfall.

It's hard not to hope for our team to win. At this point it makes no sense to gain in the standings. That said though our guys aren't going to go on the ice with the intention of losing.

At least our prospects are getting lots of experience.

Let's go Panthers!!! (but not really)
